Yeah! We're not out of the reckoning yet either! A win this Friday will really help our cause. The old cliche "It's a 6 pointer" comes into effect!!
Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

Interesting that the two teams with a game in hand are still safe at the top, and will stay there if the Jets do their job

Wanted the Jets to win, but at least in their losing they are pretty much gauranteed to finish below us in the league.

If we don't knock over the Marinators then that gap starts getting wider.........very wide!
It only emphasises how much those two points we butchered against the Glory may have cost us - or any of the other points we lost this season

I've just worked it out - but that game last Sat was crucial and we missed out

Think pretty much every game's crucial.....

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

10 -2! The psychological carnage of hitting double figures........

I'd say 11-3 would probably be more likely...

11 - 3? Hmm, you could be right there. CCM 3 - 0 up with 15 to go then.........release the hounds.

Daniel on with 10 minutes left and scores 8 goals in 8 minutes after Muscat, Ferrante and Sigmund had drawn us level. Maaaaaaarvellous!

And if only Mossy's punt hadn't struck the bar, we'd have scored 12 and have a bit more breathing space in our GD...

So 5th, but our GD is woefully low and the top 4 are all at 6 or 7. Plus Adelaide and Melbourne have two games in hand. Getting to the playoffs is going to be very tough.

I still don't know how we've gone from an attractive short passing side to a grind it out team who only scores just over a goal a game.  Felipe?

Copying and pasting the A-league sites table doesn't really work very well.
