Stebre Delovski said his referee's got the handball call correct despite the player making himself unnaturally larger. Stebre also ruled this as not being a penalty...
 

I think what pisses me off the most about this decision is that something like the offside that's not clear and obvious was overruled against us, and a blatantly obvious handball that would've resulted in a penalty was not awarded. 

Devloski was a piss poor referee at best in his days on the field. He also seemed to have some sort of beef with Wellington - I think the stats might show it. One thing he needs to do is either sort the shark out with his incompetant officials or resign.
