Fenton's crossing is so bad....
The way the commentators laughed, I think they had talked about him privately before the match, and he hadn't disproved what they had said...

Well that wasn't much better from McGarry. We've got to step up a level at some point. Made a few good chances, but haven't coughed anything up either.

Hope it gets better 2nd half. Pretty boring.

If you are old and wise you were probably young and stupid

Lewis, even Davila, are giving the ball away too easily. Rufer is one tackle away from a red. Laws does a few good things and then passes the ball straight back to them.
I think we're lucky not to be behind, yet we have had 3 decent chances of going ahead. a Weird game indeed and the Aussie commentators are constantly begging for Adelaide to win this. The Adelaide players must have the cleanest arses in the league the way these commentators are kissing them.

Pretty cagey first half from the boys, and a relatively scrappy game in general, but in saying that, they've had about 60% possession and only tested Sail once from a soft turnover in the middle of the park. We've had the better of the opportunities too, unlucky for Waine off the woodwork, and Davila essentially scuffs one straight at the keeper.

Need to be a bit more adventurous in the 2nd half as we need the three points. Hemed been pretty invisible this far, would like to see him get more involved, but if not, bring on Sotirio and try and use his pace to get in behind the Adelaide press.

Game on boys, let's get these 3 points!

2nd half will get busy I reckon. Going to be hard to keep them out in the last 20, judging by how they ran a very good Sydney side ragged last week.

Also they've got talent to burn on the bench. Ours is not exactly frightening.

Three of them, including Payne, all left the only Adelaide player in the box unmarked, not even under any pressure.

Rufer has to make his passes stick. You lose the ball and they are going to bomb straight up the park.

And the most fouled player in the A League gets fouled again and again and again and nothing!! FFS.

Drag him off before he gets sent off or gifts then another goal.

Laws gets lucky.
Waine is impressing and Rufer has the long passing to find him. Waine picks up the scraps off Hemed. Wish he'd been doing that at the end of the last game.
Genuine strike partnership.
Think Kersey has been okay too.

Get Devlin on for Rufer. Maybe Satorio too although not sure who for. Hemed or Ball? Waine looking too good to sub.

He must be very fit. Third game in 7 days and lots of travel.

Waines goal is because of the energy and shark he puts u to every game.

How many times does a ball go off to the side and nobody scores it.

So many of his goals are because he puts himself in the right place at rhe right time.

Bloody love him.

19 year old on a scoring run? Surely he'd want to play tomorrow if he could!
