I'm usually tagged as the grumpy shit but I wanted to say thanks for the effort in making this forum workable again. I understand its a work in progress (as everyone does) but even as it stands currently, its 100% infinitely better than what we had this time last week. I think each person that does put a suggestion up, while they may not say it, appreciate your work in making this football forum (which is the best and most populated in NZ - a great feat) better for each user concerned. I doubt you'll get 100% satisfaction from everyone as its unlikely everything can be implemented but they way its going, you'll get bloody close. If there is a fund i can donate to for your time, I am more than happy to do so. Mike

yeah I think if cats are out of pocket we should be paying subs. at least try and recoup whatever coin was lost.
nothing worse than free-loaders I reckon, so it won't hurt to at least put an option in for people to donate.

Hey Wellnik, just noticed that the resize icon for images is still visible when I hover over an image that has already been posted! Not a big deal as I cant edit it, but the icon still appears once i have posted it.
EDIT: Okay now its not happening, may have just occurred in a one off time because I cant seem to get it to do it again
EDIT 2: It occurs on the image i posted in the CCM thread, but not this one or any others? Wierd?

Hey guys, the new site is the bomb.
One minor 'bug' I found is when I click on a 'view xxx new messages' the page which loads subsequently is basically empty (it contains no messages).
Anyone else experienced this?

yip generally it takes you to the last page which has no messages on it.
I generally think it happens when the pervious page is full of posts so the next post would go to a new page

Update guys: Been mucking with a few things today to try to get us into tip-top shape for the season.
Search, thread organisation and a bunch of other things are taking a slight back seat to making sure we can stand up to a big rush of users... but that doesn't mean I'm not working on them! :D

I've made some changes that will hopefully reduce our CPU bottleneck a little but may cause things to go a little slow sometimes.
I'm going to keep a close eye on things this evening, but if you guys could let me know the times if it ever seems a little .... sluggish :D
