Phoenix kit - The return of the stripe

You could always go the way of sony and use a black bar going through the stripes instead. I also extended the shoulder stripes down to the hem of the sleeve. Ultimately, I prefer Simmo's incorporation of the spark logo

Might consider getting the "away" top, but not the "Home" one, just yukky.

What's the story behind the missing A-Leage logo?

What's the story behind the missing A-Leage logo?

I saw somewhere that the A League was getting a new logo this year, so guessing it will appear on the shirts when the logo is announced.

I adore the away shirt.  Easy sale there.
50/50 on home shirt.  It's fine, and better than last year.

Melbourne City accidentally announced the new A League logo it in a video yesterday. But at least we have the logo off, Melbourne City has photo shopped over the top of it with some sort of ugly goop that makes it look like they spilled soup over their shirts.

With the away kit being darker, it can be worn in a few more games.  As good as last years away kit was, I don't think it could be used in many games as it clashed with both the dark of PER, MVC, NEW, WUN, WSW, and the light blue of MCY, SYD leaving only ADL, BNE, MAC, CCM.  This years edition can be worn against MCY and SYD as well.

Away top is almost as awesome as last seasons teal. I hope we are not getting new kit every year. Although,  wonder if instead of the 2nd worst Home top ever (2nd only to last seasons) If they had made the home top a black and yellow version of this seasons away top they'd have been on a gold mine winner.

Me too I think. Would i be right in saying that a membership is the better way to support the club if i am on a budget?

I'd like to think so, club would only get a % of the profit of the shirt sale price of $100 whereas they'd get most of the profit from the memberships, plus the ongoing metric of supporter numbers etc.

Girlfriend got me the home kit, it looks brilliant. The Nix nailed both kits this year but the stripey is top notch  🙌

This was a recent Frankfurt kit. I got rid of the sponsor and changed the red stripes into yellow ones. I personally loved this kit and it works just as well in Nix colours. I would love to see some white integrated into our next home kit again

FIFA 23 will be released on Friday, September 30, 2022, with the Ultimate Edition pre-release available three days earlier on Tuesday, September 27.

Hopefully the kit is released before then, so it doesn't get leaked again ...

Honestly can't remember if it's already been posted but I'd love if it was similar to the new Dortmund kit - the slightly longer broken lines on the sides is such a good way of making the broken lines for the sponsor less jarring (or less cross-like, as we had last season). Does help that they have a perfectly square sponsor to be fair.

In your dreams. Of course Reus would be an amazing signing but there is no way on earth we would currently be able to afford him or steal him from Dortmund.

To be honest I feel like that's one of Dortmund's weaker kits. The sponsor integration is horrible. It's a solid square with an outline, it would have stuck out as much as the Nix Sony kits back in the day if they didn't cut the stripes. Hoping Paladin don't take any notes, except for another stripey.
