Nixinoz kept me updated with the scores during the game as I was working.
I had recorded the game BUT I just can't accept the score line and won't watch the recording as I am still in shock.
Though nixinoz did say that any team playing Adelaide on the night would have got a dicking. This is cold comfort.
6-1 f**k someone wake me up from my dream.

well heres my opinion.
Adelaide played very fast and fluid football. I think generally we make teams play OUR game, we slow it down and take them on one on one. This game Adelaide played Brilliantly and ran rings around us.
We kept trying to attack and when ever our attack broke down it gave Adelaide a fast break to leave our defenders high and dry...

Problem is, Perth played bloody well over the weekend too, and I think Phoenix better think fast if they're going to beat them this Saturday!

What can you say about a 6-1 loss...
I thought we had a come back going on when Fred pulled one back but wow...
Adelaide were on fire and we... were not.
Huge turn around from 3 wins in a row to go down 6-1... But that's football I suppose.

I'll be honest, I don't think Muscat did too badly at all...
He was one of the few players I saw out there with a bit of heart that night.
And hey, on the bright side... Ferrante is getting ever closer to that elusive long range shot!

The suprising thing about the Perth win is that they didn't even have Ruka playing...

Hopefully he is still injured for our next game though.
