Rojas should have tracked Rose back there and helped out Hearfield.

Hearfield got completely sucked in there, left Rose free as he sucked so far into the middle of the box. Crazy defending positionally.

edit: Rojas could have tracked much better too. Think he is still not good after Zwaanswijks challenge.aitkenmike2011-01-09 19:48:05

the way I see it MacAlister and Ward should come off at HT. Not trying to find a scapegoat, they were poor even when we were playing OK. It probably should be 2-1 to CCM, but 1-0 doesn't change things much.

Thought we looked the best when Rojas was targeting Rose, just as they were when Perez was cutting our right hand side MF/DF apart.

I just can't stand Hearfield. Gives the ball away, cant pass, can't beat anyone despite his pace, can't defend.

Usual Hearfield error.  With North and Dura central they seem to be able to kep Troy in the right place more often than not.  Not sure Siggy is up to babysitting him as well as managing his own game.

We've done OK but you can already see that the massive effort against Melb has taken its toll. Rojas looks buggered. Hope it's that rather than an injury.
 
Early subs needed to try and rescue this one.

what about Lia? He had his name mentioned TWICE in the whole game. All I've seen was 2 crosses, period.
Don't buy into the whole "doing the dirty work" crap. When you're working hard you usually put in a few tackles (see Manny). He's playing below standard today.

Dont think Greenacre would have even played a game for us where he wasnt chasing high balls.Would love to see him be given a decent chance to try and get on the end of some of the delivery into the box there has been in the last two games.
