They hate Kruse, so I reckon

MVFC 2 - 1 Nix
(Kruse 44, 89) (Ifil 80)

would pretty much cause a riot.

I would be f**king so pissed off if that happened.

I was told tomorrow, 10ish at Newtown park by Johhny M at the Nix. But was told that it is subject to change by someone at victory.

That is perfect, head up there after football then back into town to hand out flyers. Hopefully that stays as is.

Having just looked at the roster for work I discovered that I have work from 5.30pm until 11.30pm.  I'm very pissed off about that.  I have two options:
1. Call in sick and miss out on the money I could have earnt (that I need)
2. Call my manager (who is the man) and ask if I can have a two hour non-paid break to nip over to the TAB and watch the game.  This could be OK, but the other guy working with me ends at 9 and I'd have to convince him to keep working until 9.30 when I'd get back.

If anybody has any other brilliant ideas please let me know.  Recording the game isn't an option as we don't have a VHS and our DVD players HD somehow broke - add to that it's not the same if it's taped.
Iraqgoals at work?

It will be a very tight game, especially because Melbourne never seem to have trouble travelling. A win in any form would be an exceptional result against a very good Melbourne side. Shut down Hernandez and and give Ifill plenty of ball and a win could be likely.

You gotta remember though, there is a big difference between travelling within Australia and crossing the ditch. Nonetheless, this will be a very tough game. Hoping Kemp is out of this one. I'm pumped though.

But other players need to stand up because what could happen is that Melbourne shut down Ifill by using 2 or three players so that will open up gaps in other players and thats where players like Daniel, Bertos, Greenacre, Brown and Lia need to be on their toes and pick up where those gaps and really utilise them when attacking. That could be key!

This big difference hasn't seemed to have a very large effect on the games they've played here before if you take a look at their results.

You've lost possibly the fattest player in the league.  You have no chance.

I forgot about him.  He's a fat bastard alright.  I meant Flabiano, however.

The most ive seen him do recently is look disappointed after hitting a free kick wide or over the cross bar.

This. Is. Gold.

Also, if we take a triangle into the stand and ring it, will he run into the changing rooms thinking it's dinner time?

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Followed swiftly by a MC Hammer-esque "STOP! Dinner time!"?

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.
