Lets make sure we get a better range of chants tonight yeh?  everyone should be looking in chant forum and picking up on a few new ones. personally i think the one about jon mckain that goes to the tune of "rain" by dragon is brilliant ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jM7RcgZ1pLE the link for people who don't have impeccable music taste) like "don't you go round Jon McKain-ain....you'll never get round Jon McKain... and if you go round Jon Mckain...you'll never get that chance again"...everyone knows the tune of it and the lyrics are a bit of a no-brainer

Why still no sign of Mulligan? He surely hasn't let his fitness level drop by that much in the 6 weeks he was a free agent that he can't play!

Well I hope the Nix play better than Arsenal did this morning. 

I'll be happy if they play as well and with as much backbone as Stoke did this morning

I'm not getting commentary from either radio sport or newstalkzb here in Korea. Will have to rely on ZB's listen on demand, just an hour late. Won't be looking here for a while, you've already spoilt the first goal for me.

Our defence is back to its swiss-cheese best from last season. And Moss had to pick today to have a shocker.

Just going by what it says on the ZB & Radio Sport website.

We aren't playing badly at all, if anything we are on top of them.  Hearfield is having a good match, should have got a penalty/free kick just outside of the box.

Rubbish first half.

Ratings so far:

Moss - 5 - Fumbling a few things, could be put down to conditions
Muscat -1 - Getting turned inside out my numerous Victory players
Mckain - 3 - Dodgy
Durante - 4 - Was at fault for their 2nd goal, should have stepped up
Lochhead - 7 - Great cross for the goal

Hearefield - 7 - Looks very handy, good pace, nice crosses.
Ferante - 5 - Average
Johnson - 5 - Average
Daniel - 7 - Nice touches

Kwasnik - 2 - Non existent. Im starting to dislike him
Smeltz - 8 - Working his bollox off as usual, great goal, good movement

Im getting skeptical about our season prospects. Call me doom and gloom but:

- Central midfield. Lacks quality. Wheres Brown? Gets walked over.
- Bertos - Hasnt convinced me. Crosses are poor. Set pieces are even worse.
- Gao - Injury Prone
- Muscat - Defensively weak
- Kwasnik. I was cynical when he signed, he hasnt done much to convince anyone.

We're playing it on the deck, but the conditions are limiting. Bring on an improved 2nd half, please.

What bollocks Wolfy.

Muscat is out of his depth and Moss is having a poor one. Lockhead has been beaten down hs flank cause he has committed him self to tackles he shouldn't have. The rest are playing fine. They are not coming through the midfield rather down the left flank at Manny Muscat. Richard Johnson has locked that up and the only time we have let Melbourne domintate us is after they have scored and we resort to long ball football. We have had most of this match...
