The referee is letting a lot of shirt pulling go from the Melbourne 'continentals' they are stopping our guys from breaking free and while is getting some of it, he is not incentivising it to stop i.e. yellow card.

I've gotten the laptop out of the room and sitting in front of the TV to try give updates.

Do they do incentive yellow cards in football? I thought that was just rugby...

Incentivise. i.e. they will keep doing it as long as they can get away with it, no reason to stop if they aren't getting carded for it.
