fantastic. and he's right. bring him back. drop Mully or Christie and give him a contract as a player, even if it means he never plays he's not going to put up with crap in training and the game.

having said that I'm a new fan of Plodder. and hoping for Mully. seeing how he is part of the All whites plan. Ross was something we had in the first year we don't have now.

This is abysmal from both teams. The U17's play better football.

Gao has to be the most frustrating player ever. It's obvious he has the skill but he looks so damn lazy.

Sounds like more passion than Gao has shown his evening.

I have possessed Ross as he his assessment of Gao is what I've been saying for weeks. Also Cov awful as always.

This is extremely frustrating to watch. We need Coveny and Gao off for Costa and Daniel immediatly. Siggie and Bertos have been excellent and i think Durante is looking really good too. Otherwise pretty uninspiring.

I reckon Ricki's seemingly laid back and a slightly dull personality rubs off on the players.

He thinks he's going to Europe. He's not going anywhere if he doesn't start working and wanting it. I say take him off at half.

I still think though Siggie has blocked their attack on the left, that he limits our attack on the right, and that we looked much better going foward with Muscat there against Sydney. that's a pickle.

tough one on Paston, but really, his record and the defences isn't that bad. The attacks record is very bad.

Does this remind anyone of last week vs queensland?

It reminds me of most of our season up until this point. I really thought we had turned the corner with the results against CCM, Sydney and Newcastle. So disappointing.

I hope Ricky tears them a new one in the changing room because this is abysmal. The only playershowing any effort  is Bertos, our strikers are non existant, no penetration from the midfield, no effort from anyone else, all that possesion and only 2 shots on goal, pathetic.Take off Gao and Covney and bring on Daniel and Costa please.

Queensland was more of an even game in my mind. We are running Perth ragged but are doing sh*t all to score.

Gao is a lazy c**t. At one stage he just pulled out of a challenge and then tries to mumble something about high foot. He needs to harden up. Bring on Daniel!

Covs is far too slow. His reactions are poor and why on earth would Ricki put him alone up front when Smeltz is one of the league's in form strikers. Add to that they both just end up playing up front and we are playing 4-2-2-2 and we look completely out of shape.

Thats a fair point. Do you want a defender that shuts down other attacks or builds up your own from the back?

Interestingly that with Lockhead not playing that well this year compared to last, the men in front of him (Daniel, Kwas and Gao) have looked ordinary...

Two changes within 10 minutes I hope.
