Moss being named as the All Whites keeper makes me think Paston stays.

The game is on Wednesday, not the weekend. I'm with HN about Paston playing for the Phoenix.

I think he will keep paston too, that error last weekend could have been a lot more costly than moss's v melbourne thou..

I wasn't calling for one or the other, just saying that based on last year that means to me that Paston stays.

True, but last year Moss wasn't going to be moved from the Nix goal so Paston played for AW's as incumbent. That's changed now as both could play for either at any time

Moss still should be between sticks for Nix, other players get dropped for mistakes so keeper should too...I mean it wasn't just that terrible goal but also so of those punches should have been caught

I'm surprised no-one's started a Moss v Paston poll yet...guess there's still time.

Waste of time after this thread, just go back and add them up. Some would probably want Costa in there as well

But Drapes doesn't have the nasal ability of Costa, which, as we've determined, is a crucial quality for a keeper.

Okay well he will be an adequate backup, I'll go with Costa in goal

The additional advantage of this move is that Paston and Mossy will now be free to play up front and give much needed support to Smeltzy.

and Coveny is a back up for the uprights on the goal. Now this is going somewhere

We could use Cov's to stand outside the cake tin holding a sign saying "Senior Citizen's half price"
