When does the yellow card accrual count get extended? A few guys like Rufer sitting on 4 I think?

Good question. I thought it was halfway through the season. Given we are 12/27 rounds it should be next few weeks?

It used to go up to 8 yellow cards from the 21st round but I can’t find disciplinary rules from any more recently than 2016.

Extends to 8 yellows after your team has played 20 matches.

Rufer - 4
Kosta, Pennington, BK, Sutton - 3
Rufer and Pennington likely to hit 5 before 20 games, hopefully they hit 5 in different games (or best not get 5 at all), so that we’re not out of our 2 core CMs imo.
Rufer maybe get a yellow on purpose this game….. ?to avoid that

Lets hope Rufer/Pennington don't hit 8 yellows before round 20 and miss two games.

I’m already scared for this game. It’s Victory. We are going ok. We are at home after a stint away. All terrible signs.

10 years ago tomorrow I missed us demolishing the victory 5-0 as I was getting married.

Friday night I'll miss the game as we're going out for an anniversary dinner, hoping for the same result!

Ohhhhh, I remember playing a gig that night. Back when I was young and looked good in a minidress.

Anyway: *ahem* picking another heavy loss.

Maybe the pax is based on the section? (gold, silver, YF). If you bought in Silver I would say that’s correct.
At least 5-6k tix sold already I hear

Lots of folk from work going on friday night.  Hopefully the same pattern from across the city. No matter what the blockbuster match like this 6 pointer, there are always those who can't go because they are doing something really mundane like washing their hair. Seriously though, our silverware credentials are on the line. If we win I will believe we can go all the way. Really impressed by Chiefy's ability to adjust tactically and make the adjustments work - of course execution of tactics relies on intelligent players and I would say the current Phoenix team has plenty of them. Interesting to see if Popovic employs the same extreme press that Uffie applied!

I missed that game because my wife dragged me to the Mama Mia musical. I forgave her and we are still happily married.
This week 7 years ago we won 3:0 against them, Tratt scored his first for us. I think the stars are aligned for us.

Yep, sounds about right. I think we will be looking around 8k looking at how ticket sales are going so far.
Hopefully. Most importantly if it is a big crowd hopefully it is at least an entertaining game
Biggest crowd at sky this season -  7,294 Nixmas vs West Sydney , and that was great atmosphere.

Probably just head in to the Mount and watch it. Few bars there that show live sport regularly.

Three for me, and two for them.

You should call ahead and find out, the game clashes with the Black Caps so most bars will probably be showing that.

Turn up at Coochiee's brothers house.
I should have used past tense. He moved to Uruguay in December. Ironically now renting his home to a Uruguayan family, by pure  coincidence. For sure knock on the door. Maybe you can fool them into thinking they are watching  Peñarol!! Same colours. The latinos love Papamoa Beach

Is it too early to fire up?

Looking forward to this one. Quietly confident we can pull a result to keep us top too!

And here's one for the stats lovers as well. Are you reading Piney? 👀😂

The second matchup of regular season clashes between both the Phoenix & Victory is actually our most fruitful results wise (1.63ppg) compared to our first and third matchups against the same opponent (0.53 & 0.77ppg respectively).

COYN! 🔥🦅
