Ridenton's finishing is abysmal
WTF is Ridenton doing all the shooting for? Barn Door springs to mind. That's 3 chances any forward would have put away.
We've done quite well to get a few clear cut opportunities; but some really horrid attempts. All in all, we're now playing better than CCM. What was it, 12 shots to 0?

Averagely woeful first half, we have to put one of those chances away. I'm not sure who kicks the ball worst, ridenton or Italiano. Italiano has saved us a couple of times. Can't say I'm enamored with the formation, but khrishna and kalud have provided a few bright moments.
Unlucky not to be ahead I reckon. CCM were desperate for half-time at the end. A few good saves by them from decent efforts, one great play that ended up with the wrong guy trying to finish it. They only had one shot on goal I believe?
I know it's frustrating not being ahead, but there's not always much you can do about chances not quite going in.
I'm waiting one day for a player to tell them to fudge off "live" on TV.

Ridenton shooting has been poor - but he is making the right runs at least.
I would like to Singh come on after 15... i think he is the player we need to release Krishna who makes a world of difference to our team!

Why are people negative - we have had one shot at goal against us... when the hell did that last happen in a half. Yes our finishing has been poor, but our problem all year has been our defence and that has largely looked ok, although we have to be careful of the ball in behind!

I think many people quite enjoy hearing what their heroes/players they like have to say, even if it is vapid.
Thing is, the half-time analysis is full of chiches and fudgeing bullshark as well.
I don't think the problem is that they have pre-halftime talks with players, they just don't ask interesting enough questions. For example, if I was interviewer of the CCM guy, I would've asked: "Do you feel like the Phoenix were basically shoving one of those big sauce bottles up your behind in the first half?"

think we all do, the problem i see is that even though we've had one shot against us, we've conceded 7 corners and continue to look frail defensively even with 5 at the back.

That's why I want decent 1/2 time analysis...... well actually decent everything in relation to the A-League and the FFA.... but hey that has been done to death and hopefully soon that will change
