I thought  bit strange, isn't it better to start than be on bench if fitness isn't confirmed. But hearing Smithy chat earlier up Ernie may have picked Parkhouse on form!

Still getting used to the new names at the back. I like the idea of Watson off the bench chasing after everything in the last 15 minutes of the game and bullying the Perth defence.

The only one one of these Aussie full-backs/not-a-fullback will progress in that position is if they're given a good run there.

We've been through so many - some who, I thought, seemed semi promising but dropped out after 2 or 3 games.

I would like to see Parkhouse play again before passing judgement. I am however bemused as to why Ernie made him MOM against Melbourne City.

Mind games from Ernie - give the kid some confidence.

Kotahitanga. We are one.

Parkhouse at left back,dubious!

The answer to life's problems are rarely found at the bottom of a beer glass - but it's always worth a look.

I think Durante got through more than 5 minutes before angrily yelling at him today.  Must be exhausted from the travel.

Kosta needs to save some energy for the second half!..although we still have Watson

We're dominating. That means Perth are about to score at least 2.

We look like a nice little football team. Quite composed and making some nice passes. Just need a little more magic in the front 3rd. Rossi is doing this at a canter.

It's the best way to win games if you have a dodgy defense, keep hold of the ball.

I would like to see a little extra width... as per usual. but we look the more settled of the two sides.
