Pass it Roy! Or did AK stray off?
Roy knows AK can't score with his feet, and was to far out to head it in.
yEEEESSSSssssssSsssSSsss
Matty Ridenton 3 points from Fox Sports, nice nice!

He was hanging back IMHO.

Ridenton did well... kept Castro pretty quiet, just a couple lazy turns into trouble in bad spots - otherwise very solid.
So where does Paracki slot into next week?
Average. Lucky 3 points. Was never a penalty but. Worst penalty ever taken imo. Average.
What's sight without sound? Love without peace? Copulation without conception?

Bench. We need to start the same team that started the second half, get some consistency.
Central Coast is a very winnable game next week - I still think we lack a little through the middle, but much improved.

I think we were OK in the middle, and defensively for once. It looks to me like we lack combinations on the outside, fullbacks and wide players not really on the same wave length and sending it out to either side normally meant losing the ball.
Also Fox, clearly our best defender? He should have been starting way back when Merrick was coach and Siggy was retiring.
Anybody says ever again "Ridenton is not A-League material" needs to be banned by the mods. He was massive tonight and easily our best player throughout the full 90 minutes. Promising young player that is coming into his own.
Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days

Lucky? Deserved that IMHO, had far more chances and as you say was never a penalty.

Agreed. It's amazing what consistent minutes can do to a youngters game!
Also on Burns, I don't mind that he was taking probably too many touches and then ended up losing it. He wasn't losing the ball in a dangerous positions, and given that he had two years of practically no football the more he gets involved the better he'll get.
Yeah it was a lucky 3 points but who gives a f uck - its our luck & our 3 points
woohoo awesome

THAT IS BULLSHIT
VAR approved. Quality all round
Tegal needs props for his thread title anti-jinx. Who'd have thought that having all your best players available might mean a win?
Fudge yes!!!! Honestly I was getting ready to type 'probably the more deserving team won in the most undeserving way possible' when Perth got that penalty. Great 3 points! Off the bottom!!! Singh put out a huge shift, Doyle and Burns looked pretty tired in that second half.
Trying my best not to let naive hope take over for the rest of the season though
Cocktails all round I'd say
Made it to a sports pub to watch the last 60, but dont mind repeating that Jamaican run cocktail before every game as superstition requires! !
No longer ensure I'm home for home games but worth the gigs of phone data to see that result
The yellowfever were very vocal today I could hear them clearly throughout the game on TV I was impressed .
BTW what was the crowd numbers anyone?
