we'll take the spoon now thanks!.

wasted so many chances to go two up, burns and krishna need to answer for that. Fox made an error and its now cost us the game, it could end up costing us 3 points.

So we actually won something?

VAR doesn't operate in Phoenix games given the last few weeks.

Clearly pushed off the ball, should have been disallowed!

ref should have called it first.

Classic Phoenix.

And no way should that have been overturned.

We stopped playing 20 minutes ago and it has cost us. Lack of professionalism that Kalezic always complained about in terms of not knowing how to see out a game.

Permalink Permalink

I think it was coming. Missing those 50/50 balls, giving away possession...

I like Krishna but his finishing over the last couple of months has been terrible.

Permalink Permalink

We play so well except for the whole finishing thing and defending until the end, which are both pretty important qualities to have

Oh wait, the VAR does work now.

Permalink Permalink

so VAR can call that foul - but not the actual one?

That's fudgeing ridiculous.  He's been shoved over and his leg has extended as he's gone down.  Fudge Off.

Rufer is a fudgeing idiot

Nope, he obviously kicked out

So it’s alright to rugby tackle your opponent, sweet.

I’m not a conspiracy theorist in any capacity at all but the idea that referees are biased/trying to kick us out of the league is becoming more and more likely

Utterly. moronic from Rufer

That wasn't a red, that was stupid.

It does appear to be a dumpster fire irrespective of Kalezic's involvement - can understand why he ripped them out in public. I'm angry watching this, and my wages aren't directly tied to how they perform.

what a terrible last 25

I have an amazing ability to find my way out of mazes. I'm pathological.

Also if you're going to get a red card for kicking someone, kick him properly.

Sure it's moronic, and I don't have a lot of time for Rufer, but again, if the VAR intervenes for every incident like that (and it clearly doesn't), it would intervene a hell of a lot more than it does.

commentators said exactly this.

Don't disagree, but that specific moment was just dumb by Rufer. VAR can fudge off, especially after not bothering to even check the pen call last week.

I wouldn't say Rufer 'kicked out', but did hang his leg up/out to try trip the guy. Would like to see again, but I didn't see any violent kick out? Intentionally tried to trip the guy, yes, but that's not a red card offence.

He raised his leg and planted it in the guys stomach/nads and got sent off. He's an idiot and it's symptomatic that this team doesn't want to play for anyone and has no pride or professionalism.

Only one more game (that most people won't go to) and then everyone can spend five months going outside and calming down.
