This is a vital game in the quest for a top 2 finish, especially after throwing away points vs Sydney. Devlin should come straight back in, doubt Davila and Hooper will have the desired fitness levels to start yet tho.

Hope SKY is showing it;  away for work to Auckland but the sports bar off Queen St is usually pretty reliable.

Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days

Last match thrashing by SFC was just things to come, Glory are on fire and showed it by smashing CCM all over the park. I cant see anything but a 6-0 beating at best. We are just not that side we were before Covid 19 break and prob will never be after we are knocked out of the top 6 come mid August.

With no injuries i hope to see the same starting lineup. Rufer was solid and should stay on. I would prefer to see Hooper come on as a single substitution to avoid disrupting the flow.

Perth barely scraped over CCM  so we're in with a decent chance especially if Castro is missing.

Love how the games are coming thick and fast! Nothing but 3 points will do against Pert. Need a good win to build momentum again and self belief. Davila needs to have a good one

Announcement on twitter that there will be no fans.

I think we will see us park the bus against this Glory side and attack on the counter, its our only chance to keep the goals against us low.

Cant see obese Hooper in the starting 11 and i doubt the Mexican will start too.

After Fridays Ref debacle. They have assigned Fargani for our next game against Perth.

First time this season he will ref a Nix game.

Is this COVID-related?  Just this game or other games as well?

Just this game, probably not expecting a big enough crowd against Perth in Sydney to justify the cost of opening the gates.

Ultimate A-League lists Alex King as the Ref. Where did you see Faghani named?

Farghani is 4th official unless changed since yesterday. But yes unusual out of a relatively small group he has never been the referee

I did notice that during the game on Friday night, there was a point where tonight's game was being advertised as taking place tomorrow.

Starting XI presuming Hooper and Davila still aren't ready to start

I think McCowatt and Cacace link up well together on the left. Would prefer to see this.

Sotiro drifts in side to much and struggles to link up passing moves at times. He is better as a super sub coming on when defences are tiring. Toss up whether he start up top or give Waine another go. waine for me, Hopper obvious choice if he's fit to go.

Perth will play 5 at the back and are tall so we need to get in behind and get balls into the danger area, no point putting in high crosses. Waine is good at sniping around the box and getting those tap in goals.

Both our next two games at Bankwest are closed to the public. It is a real shame, the 5pm (Sydney time) Saturday kick for the Adelaide game would have been great for the SydNix fans with kids to bring along.
