Hopefully. Doubt he has played in any side that gave away that much ball in the first 30 mins on Sunday. Still, not many coaches will change a line up coming out of a 5-1 win.

if you see any change, it would be a Lia A-Rod swap (I am not advocating this) as it would appear Ernie prefers Lia slightly or its a horses for courses thing regarding which one plays.

I have not seen any injury reports after the Melb City game - presumably everyone is available for the Jets game? Apart from JB that is.

Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days

Have we heard if Doyle has recovered?

Didn't I read somewhere that he is flying back to Newcastle for the game? Smart money would be for a spot on the bench I'd think.

Where's everyone watching this? The other half is having friends over so figure I may aswell head out to watch it.

You didn't notice that he got subbed off injured? That's why Boxall came on.

The Phoenix are coming off a commanding 5-1 victory over Melbourne City last weekend but the Jets skipper says if they prevent them quacking transitioning the ball up the park and dictate the pace of the game they have a good chance at victory.

Can't you get them to change the KO?

Leggy - only you can change your twitter in your profile. You must have added it because the admins can't do it. Just edit your profile to remove it.

Patrick, this happened a few weeks ago and I did the same thing and it was removed. I most certainly have not added it.

Newcastle CEO Robbie Middelby admits they got it wrong not re-signing Nathan Burns.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Phoenix fans. We have to win them over one fan at a time.

A great signing for the club, but I'm still unsure if he's an attacking midfielder or a striker.
He's missed too many one on ones with the goalie
I'm looking forward to being proved wrong, as he keeps "knockin' 'em in" :-)

He's also leading the golden boot race.

Fark me! If that's not enough to please us, we're a pathetic bunch of pricks!

If we play like we played in the first 20 minutes last Sunday we could be down and out before half time ,we were just lucky that City couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo !

Conversely if we can sort out our shambolic sleepy defence and have them on the park when the game starts then this is a game we should win comfortably !

Jest have been struggling to score goals - 4 this season. If the manage to get the same start that City did we should be ok. No change to starting lineup for mine - Doyle being the exception if he can't play - I'd expect Ernie to bring JBS along.

Maybe he will join the greats of "not a striker" ;>).

As an aside my home club's leading scorer is also "NAS"..9 goals.

Paul Ifill was also not a striker and look how he turned out. In fact compare our striker Chris Greenacre and his record to others.

The only striker that we have had that has absolutely worked for us has been Shane Smeltz (unless I am forgetting someone)

Looking back at the comments when Ifill first joined is quite funny. I, along with everyone else, were slightly concerned that he was marketed as purely a 'winger' (and hence would never get any goals right?)
