Definitely a Corica team. Lots of dickheads losing out, then rolling on the floor after the ball has gone.

Yeah clear handball

Body to hand, natural position. Not called by ref.

We struggle to unlock defense's when the play is static in the final third. I look forward to when we have Rojas and cola on at the same time working it.

Yep, the Alex Brosque school of acting.

Fudgeing hell, being able to bring on Brimmer is not a bad bench option

With a bit of McFlynn how to talk to referees thrown in.

Love the intensity of this game. Not top quality but the game's got plenty of fizz.

I gotta say, Ishige hasn't exactly filled me with confidence over the past 3 matches

The Nix and serving up a very average performance any time they draw a decent crowd, name a more iconic duo

Time for Rojas to come on. Breka the deadlock and begin the redemption arc!

In what way? For me he is incredibly hard working and in the action a lot, which possibly makes his lapses look worse overall. But I think he offers a lot.

These derbies will be very good for football in this country. Priming our next generation for being able to handle more intensity which will lead to them becoming better players.

Our playing out from the back today has been wildly erratic. Need to sort this out asap

Edit: and now it's cost us the game ffs

Who gets bored enough to sit down and work out it's 5006 days since Rojas last played for the Nix?

Composure on the ball. He's an absolute demon without the ball and works his arse of (which I like) but he worries me when he's on the end of good opportunities (which I don't like so much).

Paulsen wasted at FC.
His point of difference is that he’s a key playmaker and he’ll get between the CBs.
Wasting a year at this bunch just for a snarky billboard.

I was actually just about to post a comment of how impressed I was with our keeper tonight... Both in terms of shot stopping and his playing out from the back. Then he did that. That Ishige miss and that poor Colakovski square hurt even more now

Regardless of the score, I have been so impressed by Rufer. So much passion for the club. His battles with Howieson have been great, a lot of needle there. Rufer leaving many late ones on Howieson all game. Two players who go way back and will likely be going for the same AW slot too.
Big ups to Payne as well who also looks like this game is personal.
