It's allocated seating in the Fever Zone so just get your allocated seats in the right spot, but be understanding that you might have a couple of people standing in the same space as you

Awesome - not sure if they changed anything since yesterday but where I couldn't book anything before I have now purchased my Yellow Fever Zone ticket.  Now I've just got to hope that 2 weeks is enough time for them to sort their lives out and actually have my ticket for me when I arrive at the stadium on Sept 9th :P

Tony Pignata is meeting Ticketek to day - http://www.stuff.co.nz/dominionpost/4180315a6033.html
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Several attempted calls to Ticketek later and I still can't get a response from any telephone number related to the Phoenix season tickets. They're turning bad service into an art form.

And the Phoenix CEO repeating over and over that season ticket holders can walk straight in is really starting to grate - it's not true if Ticketek don't send you the season ticket and tell you to turn up at the gate.

Yeah, no real mention of the hassles us season pass holders have had, more focussed around the walks ups and them not getting in.

Mind you, they wouldn't even talk to me about it at ticketek. Because one of the lads had made the original group booking, they wouldn't tell me sh!te, even though they had all my details. Lucky he's such an on-to-it bugger, he hassled them until he got paper tickets in his hand the Friday before the game.

Better be getting some super bad ass freebies when the damn thing finally shows...

Just because it wasn't mentioned in the papers doesn't mean that Terry's not going to talk to Ticketek about the crap that season passers have had to put up with.  If the full story of Ticketek's stupidity was told to the press it would be pretty bad for them, perhaps Terry's going to hang it over their heads and tell them to buck up their game or he'll tell all.  That's what I'd do >.>

Oh come on, you're not starting this one up again!  Please sit/stand at alloted seat (or at least move when asked) or you will cause unnecessary grief.  Some of us got in early, believed in the Phoenix early and got good possies. I'm not haviing a bunch of johnny-come-lately ManU/Chelsea fan types coming and taking our spots  ...  And I want to leave as late as possible from the pub!

Just try sitting in my seat and you'll see how important it is - you'll be moving one way or another.

How'd you make the purchase Uber?  Did you actually get through to them on the phone or internet book like I did - just wondering if you got any idea on your seat number or if you're just hoping for the best like the rest of us who ordered online lol

I purchased on the internet, then phoned the phoenix supporters number, and left a message saying my booking & purchase number the saying the exact seats i wanted. Now i just have to wait and see if they get in touch with me.

Ah that's an interesting way to do it.  I was seated in the gold section last match so I dunno which seats to ask for/are avaiable.  My fate is in ticketek's hands... lawl :(

I rage ticketec again, as I'm still waiting for my season passes.

They now advise the should  be sent out by next tuesday - not would not guarantee that.
Again, they are blaming the printers......

I was advised that tehy woudl now be couriered out.

I again advised my dissatisfaction, especillay as there has not been any mention of any recompence / compensation for being mucked around. I also mentioned there are many upset customers out here. The person I spoke to also advised the staff at Ticketec are unhappy with how this has been handled.

Spoke to the girl on the phoenix ticket line and she happily allocated me my season pass only 2 seats down from where i actually wanted it. Im a very happy man.

I must be a lucky one. I got my season ticket from MF Centre - it arrived 6 days before the first match. Now the wife has caught the fever and wanted a season ticket next to me and I rang the Wgtn number, spoke to the lovely Vienna, and she's managed to sit her next to me in Aisle 22 Row L. Which I'm kind of happy about, kind of. Just hope it arrives in time now.

Look mate I thought you were on a wind up with your comments and I would normally ignore such obvious trolling activity. However at Sundays game a female season ticket holder was given grief from people standing in her seat, (was this you then Warzycha?), She was ok about it. Its not a nice start though for the "family in the YF zone" for female fans to be getting lip from blokes who should know better.

Some women Phoenix fans are concerned and frightened about getting in a confrontation with men like you who won't move. Football still has a bad rep for trouble at matches after all. Is that you want? Do you like intimidating women? Does this impress your mates?

You liken us to a family then act like a responsible family member.

In years to come if, god forbid, you ever have kids, you can proudly say that you were there at the beginning of our great club and that you were part of the Yellow Fever Family. Or more likely judging by your posts you can tell them that you were the bloke that everyone thought was a complete arsehat from the fever site.

I see both points but think that ForteanT has the better argument. If you dont like your allocated seat and try and sit somwhere else by all means go ahead, but if the person who IS allocated that seat you took asks for it back, then get the f**k out.

You are having a laugh arn't you?

If you would of sat in your seat then you wouldn't of been so unlucky would you!

Why do you have "" round their? It IS their seat.  They purchased a ticket with that seat number on it.

Just because you don't want to sit in your allocated seat doesn't mean everyone else has to suffer!

What a prat!

I think they are getting quicker, since i put my order in Caxton has invented the printing press and i hear that the advent of motorised transport has also speeded up delivery.

I'd suggest that if you order one for your future great grandson now you should be right.

I might try and pre-book a season pass for next year now. That way, I should have it by the 2nd or 3rd home game...

So if you order a season pass like tomorrow, and they dont come in time for the next home game, is there a way to get into the stadium?? since its been paid for but you dont actually have the ticket cos ticketek is slow ...

Also if i buy just a normal ticket for the Newcastle game, its possible to sit in the YF zone right?? its not just for season ticket holders?

Got to laugh last night. Went to the Victory Game with my family. Unfortunately I bought a family season pass one week before I got the job at Phoenix. Scanned our season pass and they all did not work. All  season passes all the same barcode on them. This means that the first person who gets to the stadium will get in and the rest can't get in as the barcode has been used. They have 20,000 members,  so big re-print coming.
