I've given up trying to order my season ticket on the website already.  that is all.

They sent out an email this morning with login details for the website. to renew.

Yep, but it only had one of my tickets on it, and I couldn't add the other as a secondary ticket, :(

Vick, ring them up on 04 384 2457. Much easier!

Club Membership upgrades have had their prices corrected to $30.

1) Disable AdBlock on the website

2) Go to the Memberships packages, add one Club Membership upgrade

3) Click on to add each account holder

4) Go to renew seats and add your season tickets

5) Proceed to check out

6) Believe, Belong

From my confirmation email, haven't seen this mentioned anywhere else:

New this season, once you have bought your season ticket, you can reserve seats near yours for your friends. If you have a group of 6 together, your group will become VIP customers of the official bar and you will receive great additional benefits to round out your Wellington Phoenix experience.

* Booked all together? We will take it from here and be in touch with you at a later date.
* Booked individually? Once everyone in your group has placed their order, call through to our Wellington Phoenix FC Hotline on 04 384 2457 and we will link you all together and get you set up as a VIP group.

Does it automatically renew your current seat allocation. I'm not seeing any option to choose/confirm seat allocated and under options has "Seating allocation to be advised"

Go to my (shopping) basket and you should see seating listed - if you are renewing.

Sorted, I had selected "Foundation Season Ticket" - rather than Seat renewal.

I assume the system know via the seat renewal method that I am a foundation member!

Our membership video is way less cheesy than some that have been put out by other clubs in the past.

What, what, what - Curious, just seen this in my membership renewal confirmation email:

"New this season, once you have bought your season ticket, you can reserve seats near yours for your friends. If you have a group of 6 together, your group will become VIP customers of the official bar and you will receive great additional benefits to round out your Wellington Phoenix experience. "

VIP customer?!?! Official bar?!?! - What's the story here?

I'm guessing they mean The Grand, and would guess that being a VIP member is supposed to entice us to go there after home games and on away games instead of going to Kings.

I remember seeing on the Confirm Order page a line saying if your are purchasign an want to use the Club, School or Nova offers select from the options below. There were drop down menus to select Clubs and Schools. Not sure if the Nova option was in there somewhere

I'm sure I saw the Nova deal when I was paying online. I'm pretty sure you had a choice of the clubs deal or the Nova deal. before you paid.

but don't qoute me on that one

Wellington Phoenix @WgtnPhoenixFC

Ticked over 290 members yest on our first day of renewals, thanks to all of you getting in quick! Goal is 4000 in 2014! #believebelong

Due to an unexpected bonus from work, I think I'll renew my season ticket even though at this stage, I have only penciled in four games that I can attend.

290 eh? Well a statement of intent by some of us, money where our mouth is. Let's see if the club and players respond in kind. By that I mean a better performance on the pitch and efforts off the pitch too. Although recently I felt the club were aware of these things and seem pretty determined to wipe the last two seasons efforts for something better.

Time to be positive and not knock everything in sight. You can't please everyone all the time, however fans, players, club officials can make an effort to lift the club. I still think that Nixie puppet is an item to cash in on. Nixie Tee shirts and a whole raft of other supporters gear featuring it.

I didn't read the fine print, when did the club think they were going to start sending out the ST's?

My understanding is that the membership packs will be sent out from the beginning of September onwards.

Erm, just tried to renew, got all the way through to putting in all of my details, clicked 'Submit'..............boom, it logs me out?  I then try to put in the username and password they sent me (which I used to log in 5 minutes earlier), and now these details are apparently invalid?

Worked on the second attempt!

So, add another to the total.

Think they might need to push the advertising / price etc though.  Lowered the prices again, new manager, new era etc...I know tickets are not open to the public yet but we really need more of a push than last year (season ticket PR was terrible IMO, non-existent).

They need to push that fact that a season ticket will mean entry to games is as low as $16.90 per person.  Language that the public understands!

not sure if i am going to renew $16.90 per game is good but only if you can go to all the games. the sunday 7.00pm games are probably not going to happen for me as i will not be able to talk any of my mates into going to a game at that time and then have to travel home and i will not be travelling to the home away games, happy to go to  wellington  to watch the phoenix but not that keen on travelling to away from wellington games.also  petrol costs have been killing me the last few seasons it is fine when you can get 3 or 4 mates to help with gas but when no one else wants to come to a game i have to fork out about $90.00 which eats into the weekly budget.

i guess i will think about it over the next week and a half and make up my mind on the last day of renewal
