Thursday 1st March - Adelaide v Perth LIVE
Friday 2nd March - Brisbane V Heart - DELAYED
Saturday 3rd March - Victory v Jets - DELAYED
                             - CCM v Sydney - DELAYED

Rugby, Rugby League and Cricket taking each of available channels.  Sunday's guide will be up tomorrow, interesting to see if Nix home game is delayed.

(In response to RR's now deleted post...) Official A-League website is saying Thursday, but Ultimate A-League says Sunday. Hmm.

Oh, I was going to praise SKY for finally showing A-League games right to the end of the coverage rather than cutting off straight after the final whistle, but have decided against it after a less than favorable schedule next week.

Surely they could work on getting the Highlights channel available for sport overflows, rather than just saying "It can't be done".patrick4782012-02-26 22:03:56

Offical A-League website says Thursday. After I posted, I remember that they moved an Adelaide game for ACL commitments.

All games live this weekend, except for Sydney vs Victory on Sunday night, which is delayed by 2 hours.

I can live with having to stream only one game, well done Sky.

Thats a pretty good effort.

After seeing that the breakers don't get most of their away games shown, I've come to be glad that SKY show all phoenix games and all A league games (delayed when 3 other Live sports are on at the same time).

Really?  I was sure all the Breakers games were live.  After all they are the champions and there would be an uprising from andrew mulligan if it wasn't.  In general the Breakers have been enjoying more tv coverage than the Nix.

Away games are often not shown live. As far as I am aware anyway. All home games are live though.

SKY again are being stupid retards. Showing Golf highlights and then highlights of last nights Nix game instead of showing the second leg of CCM vs Brisbane live.

Streaming on justin.tv it is then. Sky advertisers are missing out on influencing me. Instead I get to watch the Socceroos play football against crocodiles and lions.

Sky Sport have been forced to use their highlights channel (# 33) to broadcast EPL games Sunday morning.  I find this interesting because they have always said using the highlights channel to broadcast live sport was impossible.  Let's remember this for the next time they want to delay a Nix game for something else that clashes.

Interesting. Thanks for pointing that out.

In other news, do we know how many A-League games Sky are going to be playing each weekend? The only thing that it would clash with would be the ITM cup, and there's only ever one game of that at a time, so hopefully that can play all five games.

Sky should really stream all sport that they have rights to on iSKY, even if it doesn't fit onto one of the three usual channels.

On demand TV, streamed online for TV/Computers does seem where the industry is heading. They really should be making more use of iSKY, offering the delayed A-League games live would be a good first step.

Also being able to watch the replay of the game at any time online would be freaking handy...

Sky come to the party this week, all five games of the weekend are live. Let's hope this happens more often now that the ITM Cup is over.

Normal service resumes for sky.  For Round 6, the Nix game v CCM is live.  All other games delayed.  And in one case ANBL delayed game is shown before delayed Aleague game.

Cycling highlights instead of live A league. Rage. We're going to get @skysportnz trending on twitter soon!

They could have shown the first game in the 2 hour slot where they are showing cycling, the cricket show and UFC previews. At least they just replied to us on twitter.

Hardly. They said they'd pass it on. They fobbed us off, and an hour later still haven't heard anything. Really poor in my opinion.
