Still waiting too. I have a bad feeling our season passes would have been on that truck that rolled yesterday on SH1 with all those packages...

Yeap, do we ring up ticketek to get paper ones organised I assume?
I wish they would just email PDF's, a lot easier.

Bought an extra season pass last week - knew I wouldn't have pass for first game - Ticketek couriered out a paper ticket.
 
Haven't received pass yet so rang Ticketek and very helpful lady advised there was a slight hiccup with the passes and she would email a ticket - ticket arrive not too many minutes later.
 
Very helpful and no drama.

They said it would be email in under 30 mins at around luch time. Still no email. FFS. Will ring AGAIN tomorrow

I am putting two and two together here, could be barking up the wrong tree, front page of the National Business Review says: 'Wellington Rate Payers asked to Rescue Phoenix'.
I know we have all heard these financial stories before but is it possible the printing firm who has made all the season tickets hasn't been paid and is refusing to release them?
 
I'm aware that this is a bit of a wild accusation, just a thought though...

that is a terrible article. Looks like NBR and Terry have a bit of a war going on.
A membership card costs about $2 to produce I'd say so yes you are barking up the wrong tree I'd say

Also, just spoke to ticketek, they emailed tickets for Sunday and said that I should receive my season pass in the mail today or tomorrow.
That they have now been sent out.

Also id imagine ticketek are responsible for the passes,not the club.

Dont Ticketec collect all the money, then I suppose they deduct all expences etc then the balance is paid to the club, therefore the club is not responsible for any of the the bills. Cards etc not being sent out etc is the responsibility of Ticketec not the club.

A guy from work said the issue (delay for members passes) has been the "printers" fault.

Yeah apparently the printer screwed up. but still, 2 of mine have been sent and 'Lost in post'.
Wish all the mail I didn't want never reached me too (bills!)

I just bought mine this morning and was out all day.
Just got home when they closed.

Whats the go? Do I have to pay for a ticket tomorrow? Will I be able to pick up a paper one tomorrow?

Take in your confirmation email or receipt print out & they can issue a ticket on the spot, pays to get there early as it can take a while.

that defeats the purpose of applying for membership. cuts out all that rubbish. hope you get your m/card soon chocnut. Just pisses me off. why dont they just email you a confirmation code that you can load onto your phone. theres' easier ways. ticketek are 1980's!!

Had to queue for paper tickets on Sunday, as season memberships hadn't arrived.

The same stuff may have been mentioned umpteen times but....

I had emailed on Friday late pm to Ticketek and they replied promptly that I could go to "the Red Ticket box" with my confirmation of purchase details and they would supply me with paper tickets.
Got to RoF 1/2 hour before start, asked a badged stadium official where "the Red Ticket Box" is, he points to the 2 red painted ticket booths on either side of entrance.Seems obvious.

After 10 mins get to front of queue .."sorry, you need to go to the OTHER Red Ticket box on other side".
Go across to that side 10 mins and halfway down queue someone in front of my line with season ticket not delivered,just like us, is told you need to go to the far row.
Others with  Entertainment vouchers for discounts are redirected to the same single line
Quickly switch queues and after 30 mins we are finally in.Once I got to the front of queue the people in the booth were helpful.

To save all the stress for those of us with paperwork or vouchers
 Ticketek should put clear, visible signage over the correct line to join.
Simple really!

P.S.   Season membership passes arrived today in the mail. Sorted!
