If you are at all concerned about your cards arriving on time call 04 384 2457 AND PM me and i'll chase up for you as well.

There are a couple of days to go so there is a good chance that most of the outstanding cards will arrive this week, but on the off chance some have gone missing then we need to make sure you have paper tickets to the first game.

I haven't lost mine yet but, worse case scenario it happens can I call and get a replacement one? Or is it another $165?

All it takes is quoting your membership number and a $20 fee I believe.

1. No season tickets have arrived yet

2. took the 3 payments option as new member should be spread out Jul/Aug/Sep, end of jul full monies taken off my CC putting it over its limit. tickitwats reversed payment on Monday last week then took 1/3 last friday then 2/3 & 3/3 yesterday putting my CC over its limit again. AHHHHHHHH

I've been lazy, still need to get my season membership (getting it tomorrow).

Can you only pick your seats over the phone? You can't pick them online can you?

Yep -we chose ours over the phone (phoenix hotline, not the usual ticketek one).

Ticketek just called me saying I should have received my season membership but they will sort out a paper ticket to be sent to me. Sufficed.

Yep - they must be doing the rounds today. I got a call earlier saying they will ring back on thurs and check if I've got it. If i haven't then they'll organize tickets for me to pick up from Michael Fowler centre

Sounds like their service has improved from the shambles it used to be

People are generally getting their season passes. If they do stuff something up,theyre a lot more pro-active in sorting it out - reading this thread,calling people to assure them itll be sorted with a paper ticket.

I'll be doing the Benchwarmer thing again this year, but I'll wait till the dust settles a bit first.

I got a call today too, paper tickets being couriered to me at work tomorrow and they're reprinting and resending membership cards (I ordered on 21 July).

I got my membership today - I've moved to the UK so had to be content with the benchwarmer. PM me if it's the finals, we're there, and you need tickets

Pretty upset about missing the season and the current build up, my membership is all about helping make sure they're about when I come back, and in a good state.

On the plus side I'm finally getting to see Charlton (yes, league one

but they're my (other) team)!!!

Enjoy the season lads, shout your lungs out as always, get the crowds along, and here's hoping it's a good one.

Arrgggh...rang them about my season ticket this morning and the lady (who was to be fair very helpfull) said that the tickets ordered before the 20th of July were sent on the 26th so mine must have been lost in the Post. Organising a paper ticket and reissuing my season pass to be posted next week.

I only just ordered my season passes today (pick up paper tix tomorrow or Friday at Michael Fowler for GCU) and they said the season passes themselves should be with us next week which is quick considering.

It's an $50NZ Season membership that doesn't get you into any games - seriously

You're an official (i.e. paying) member, you get a gift (maybe like a keyring, not too sure) and are basically financially supporting the team. As I'm likely to be watching using internet streams, it's the decent thing to do!

Definitely the thing to do if you're an expat but want to support the team.

There's a $75 option with one ticket, useful if you live well away from Wellington.

If you haven't received your membership passes yet and you ordered before last week then there's probably been a delivery error. Ring 04 384 2457 to arrange paper ticket delivery/pick up for Friday night's game.
