I still have not been able to use the online ticketek, have been trying every day. Might just have to ring up.

I just can't be bothered doing it till next week since I want to add 2 new members + get different seats. and I don't really mind paying $10 extra haha.

tempted to get a membership even though can't attend any games.... got to help the nix show my true colors :D also need a stripy to teach the people of japan the way of the nix

Phoned them today & changed my seat from last year, also bought a new season ticket for my daughter, took 5mins & all went through without a hitch. Recieved the confirmation email within 10 mins. Just have to wait for the tickets to show up in about a month or so! All relatively painless, for the first time in all my dealings with Ticketek.

Does the benchwarmer season pass have the priority/discount for the boca juniors and any possible finals games? cause i'm from napier and want to support the club but won't be able to see any of the games but i'm coming down to the boca game.

I just renewed mine on the phone - piece of cake. I wasn't primary card holder either (Hard News previously did my renewal). They changed that and it was all sorted in exactly 8 minutes and 19 seconds, including short period spent on hold at the start waiting for someone to answer.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

I too do not exist according to the renewal website, even though I get two of every mail from the club with the email address I'm registered with.

I'm phoning methinks

Phoned and renewed in 3 mins. 2 mins on hold on the 0800 TICKETEK number and being told I needed to phone the Phoenix Membership hotline on 04 384 2457. 1 Min on said hotline to give my details and confirm my renewal.

I also renewed by phone today with no problems, despite moving my seat and adding three new members.

The lady I spoke to was a bit slow but she apologised for that because she was training. She also took the initiative to write down all my details so she could let me get off the phone while she processed it all. The confirmation email arrived about ten minutes later with everything correct. Good service.

As long as our passes turn up before the season starts I'll have no complaints.

The first renewal was a nightmare but last year's renewal process went pretty smoothly and this years was a breeze.

Just renewed - was on the phone for 4 minutes and it was sorted. Excellent stuff.

Big ups to the Ticketek guy who PM'd me last week about if I have any problems at all, very nice touch.

Easy as.

Yep, renewed yesterday and added an extra as well and all went through no problems. Phoning is definitely the way to do it. Have been critical and the past (with good reason) but they seem to have it sorted this year. Although I will remain just a tad suspicious until I have them in my hands...

renewed my two plus one more - did it over the 'phone, a real breeze and no issues. Just waiting for the passes (in a few weeks I think).

Don't bother with internet - get on the phone.

Great to see we've passed 1,000 already, now for another 5,000

Renewing this season was an absolute breeze........lady i spoke to I think her name was karen was great. organised it all very swifty

I renewed mine and organised 2 others next to me - my partner who was a member for season 2, and brother who is a new member.
They're all put on my CC so they confirmed all the seats for me today.

Was definitely a lot easier than last season, but I also paid it all up front rather than split payments like I did previous seasons.

Now just wait for the courier bag to arrive with the goodies :)

I am starting to get a little worried .. I renewed 2 tkts on the first day they opened and purchased a third. However they told me they wouldn't be confirming the position of any new membership seats until after everyone had renewed. I haven't heard anything back yet. Ard Righ .. have they actually confirmed where your additional seat is, with a seat number?

The invoice didn't give the new seat numbers, so I called them to clarify, and they said over the phone that the seats requested were allocated as requested.

The delay was in case renewing members moved seats.

I know that nobody has memberships near me anyway, so unless a large group moved, wasn't expecting dramas.

I guess we won't really know until the physical tickets arrive. But I am confident they have things together this year.

I'm in again, one of our group is off overseas but we've found a replacement so it'll still be five of us right by the the top of the entrance on 22.

I'm not sure if I'll make as many trips down as last season but being a season ticket holder feels right. That said, I've already booked trips for 4 games

Have to say was dead easy.

This despite moving seats and changing numbers. Woman that I spoke to was very helpful. Bring on the first game!

Make an account on the membership part i think and you should be able to purchase one according to twitter they have sold 1600 in two weeks

Yeah made an account and got to the page but only has options for gold, silver, family and fever. i must be missing something.
