I'm not sure why people are looking forward to playing Perth. Perth
are on the rise and we are clearly on the decline. If we play like
this again we will be bottom of the league next week.
Agree we have to up our game. But I think people are looking
forward to playing Perth because they are not Adelaide (believe it
or not). Would rather play bottom of the table than top any
day.

god...Perth Glory. Seriously...what can Herbert do about this
defence?? They talked up ALL week that they were going to improve
in that department. For a starter, I'm afraid (as I know Paston
from back in the City Rovers days and like seeing him do well),
Moss has to come back. Pasty made some terrible decisions today,
but the D hasn't helped him.

I agree with wolfben, why put Paston on now, Moss has done pretty
well with only a few problems, and Adelaide are the highest scoring
team, this was not the game for a new goalie.

I have been to every home game (paying full price, dragging
plenty with me), meaning shift swaps a doubles and so on, including
pre-season cup. I single handedly keep the phoenix shop
running.
I will be at the rest of the home games.
But that doenst make me blind to the truth.
We were the best option to have an 8th team in the league
at the time, even successful we will be removed for an aussie team,
face that reality.

There are 20 teams in the english premiership, our measly 8 means
that even if there was another aussie team to take our place they'd
just add them the list. As long as we get the fans we've been
getting they wont throw away our money. We are in for the long hall
based on the numbers we've been getting and the number of fans who
say there not "fair weather supporters"
