I would love to know what goes through Ben Sigmunds head. He runs into Heskey and bounces off of him. Who is he whinging at? Himself for leaving the defensive line again?

You can see the players have the right idea going forward. Its just a little bit more effort on execution. Sometimes its so bloody close. I would hate to play us when it clicks.

Sure hope we don't just sit back this half....we kind of went back into our shell after the goal. Guys just need to be positive and not do anything dumb(you defenders) and we should be OK. Jets look woeful and clueless on attack...they are our bunnies.

 Really?  I don't think Lochy's having a good game at all. That yellow was particularly dumb.

Some great commentary on the radio:

Piney: "I've got a stat here, Ben Williams has handed out 36 yellows and four reds in 15 games in which he's refereed the Phoenix"

Chote: "Help me with the math there Piney, is that 10 a game!"

If Lochy was smart he would've gone down when he got that slight push in the back. Williams may well have given a penalty.

Have a bad feeling about this, we've dropped off completely

 One thing that is worrying me - particularly as I thought it at halftime against WSW - is that our passing isn't quite good enough. I hate the use of the word "crisp" in footballing terms, but Jest passes seem to be fast and direct. Our passes seem to be either too slow or a foot wide, and half the time a Jest player is up our receiver's bum before he gets the ball.

If thats the standard for a 2nd yellow card (and it was nothing more than a trip on a player that was never getting a ball that was going for a GK) then our players should be worried. Free kick yes, 2nd yellow? Not convinced.

On the balance of us getting shafted this year though, its about bloody time.

 So: we own the Jest, Marco Rojas FC own us. Who can explain these hoodoos?

 Ben Williams will find a way to even things up - he always does.

Brockie really shouldn't be getting called offside so often. They just don't need to, we arn't desperate for a goal.
