Oh come on El G, if we can see Durante's body at this angle then the linesman would have clearly seen Berisha in front of him (the linesman is looking right down that line in the grass).

But it's not clear - the only part of Berisha's body that's clearly in front of Durante is his arm, and that doesn't count. The others (head and torso) are much closer to Durante, and you need to be able to see where Durante's feet/hips/shoulders are to be able to firmly say offside or not, and you can't do that from this shot.
Now you're just taking the piss.
Looking at that picture it is physically impossible that Berisha's body is anywhere but clearly ahead of Durante from the view the linesman would have had. That's not even opinion, it's a fact (supported by the evidence provided to my brain by my eyes).
Whether the linesman should reasonably be expected to have made that call is another question.
But he was offside.
