Is it true that Burleigh Heads (or whoever it was) that we beat 13-1 was one of the top sides in Queensland bar the Roar? If so, going by that, Mainland are going to get a monumental walloping. It will be even more amusing due to the fact that one of the teachers at my school is going to be playing for Mainland.

Heaps of people have said this but as far as i can tell, the queensland state league is the step down fron a-league (i.e. our NZFC i guess). And Burleigh Heads aren't in there.
Burleigh heads are in the Gold Coast Soccer league (i.e. our central league or southern league i guess)
