He was escorted out but escaped trespassing by legging it. He is no longer welcome to attend with our group of supporters.
Instead of laughing off and feeling a bit embarrassed about your friends throwing things (and the like) at games let them know YOU dont want to be associated with those sorts of shenanigans and wont be attending with them again. Its a lot more effective than a complete stranger attempting to tell them off.
Arse till I Cark
Good call Arsenix
I think in all fairness, everyone is there to support the Nix. What I don't get is that if one person does something wrong (throwing bottles for example), all the group he (or she) is with thinks it is all good. These people are responsible for the group they are associated with. If you threw a bottle in the FZ, I'd expect everyone to get on board and get such a person removed as it brings bad press to what is a fantastic atmosphere.
After the game on Saturday, the boys 2nd from top in Aisle 24 started bashing the seats and swearing and carrying on like D**Ks. They were told that there is no need and ended up causing confrontation. OK I was disappointed at the result, but didn't go right off my collective face about it.
They played really well and no type abusing, damage or confrontation is going to change that.
We live to fight another day (Melbourne - saturday)
Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

exactly
Ive had a fair few run in's with killjoys who dont realise the yf zone is not the sort of place you can expect to be and stay seated without rowdyness surrounding you. its crap that people come in to the YF zone and think they'll watch the game without any anyone around them getting excited. the whole POINT of being a YF supporter is to show not that you like the game but you LOVE the game.

At the end of they day, it is up to you to tell someone to pull their head in, but mostly, the stewards should be looking out for (and doing more about) bad behaviour rather than worrying about checking tickets...they can also move people along if i gets too crowded in areas...in my opinion they arent exactly doing anything at the moment.

Thank you
I hope everyone can accept the fact that there will be some times when people will get so envolved in the game that they WILL do stupid things and over react just because they ARE so in to it - this is not to say that they SHOULD be doing it - but sometimes ya just gotta let things go (minor things i.e. bottles going up in the air and stuff - not brawling or anything - there IS a line -some are just drawing it a bit too early)
