Stripes = great.

Any change to generic template = great

Any changes to away kits = great

Being allowed to wear home kits away from home (unless theres a clash) = great

Why is George modelling it.......

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

that was my first thought aswell...not that its a bad thing. i think that design looks ok and will probably get better the more we see it.

seeing as you're in the loop HN (or just stirring the pot with gossip ) any news on the away kit?

Isn't that Portugese for George anyway!

Mad as a hatter that bloke. Mr Campos I mean, not the idiot who tried to play for us.

p.s I am aware that Mexicans speak Spanish. I was feebly trying to be funny!

Well that's not going to help us play attractive football then, is it?

Haven't heard a word on the away kit... that mock-up at the top is conjecture, not based on any evidence, just using the Orange/yellow as used in the club badge (see top right).

I know what he means.

Call it 'Dark Yellow'. Or better still, something wanky like 'Burnt Amber'. No-one will notice.

What's with the shoulder lines?

Stripes looks okay
Yellow one looks stupid with those black lines. Either have them or don't.

White one looks good apart from Sony.yomcat2009-01-15 14:45:45

It's based on the current Spanish national shirt I think. They have red with very thin yellow lines. Looks very cool IMO.

Yeah, I like that shirt as well. Though it's always irked me on fm.

Guess it just looks bad in that form then. Good as a shirt, bad on screen/paper.

They look awesome IMO . Even the third strip is nice. I don't see too much difference in the Melbourne shirts though

The differences are subtle, but important.

The current black strip is horrible and impractical - far too dark.

Almost anything must be an improvment on that.
Maybe not the 'chequered flag' though.

I like the vertical stripes, perhaps a slightly narrower black stripe would look good.

Please, no 'V's, those are for Rugby League.

Sounds like its all decided anyway, so we will have to wait and see.

You'll NEVER have a V, don't worry.

I'd stock up on the current strip in bulk to cover you for the foreseeable future then Harry.

Yip.  Also stock up on these (so you can replace them), just in case you wear out those "vulgar-shoulders" on our current strip.

Geez, HKK. You didn't have to make it lifesize. A little something? Couldn't you have made it a bit bigger, I'm having trouble seeing that one. Jag2009-01-15 17:46:05
