Everything looks great apart from his very americanised name and unamerican height really fucking up the teams stats.
Actually looking at his goals he has seven in 150 games. So hopefully whoever he is creating them for has the ability to knock them in as there may not e too much contribution there.
Transfermarkt says he's an LB who can play RB, so I assume he's covering Payne's role and giving the kids a better environment to grow into the RB slot for next season and beyond?
Bryce Duke's highlights reel. Looks pretty techy and delivers some great corners but short on goals for an attacking mid in a highlights reel. Some great passes though to unlock defences.

My only criticism of the transfer window is that it's been a bit slow falling in to place.
But with the tightening of wallets around the league and a lot of scholarships for younger players being handed out, and now looking at the business we've conducted, it feels like we've done pretty well assembling what on paper appears to be a half decent squad.
I still think there are question marks up the top of the pitch in that final ⅓, and it feels like we're a bit thin with only 21 on the books. But I would assume now that all further movements are going to come in the form of scholarships to fill out a few numbers in the wider squad, and with a longer term look to the future in mind.
As well- as recently as 2024 he delivered the majority of his stats. If instead of 150 games you look at that season: 2024….33 games (25 starts) for 3 goals and 8 assists.
Plus he’s 25, so plenty of career road ahead.
And think about Berisha and Fonaroli. The guys that dominate our league are not always super stars before they arrive. In fact often big names struggle and less known ones become A League legends.

Another goal scorer would be nice. But Bidois, Duran, Walker and Piper all score goals and have receipts. As do Tuiloma, Hughes, Kazu and McGarry, and hopefully the new lads Duke and Anderson. If we get going there’s definitely goals there. And perhaps we’ll be more comfortable with the goals shared around compared to last year.
I think to have a good season we will be depending on either Cassidy or Roa Conchie to show more dependability covering that 6 role than they’ve shown so far. Actually Roa Conchie might be better used covering a 10.
That’s my only slight concern. Behind Anderson and Rufer we have a less mobile Nagasawa (though he does a power of work) and a couple of promising, but unproven locals.
But otherwise, we’ve got everyone in and hopefully we’ll be ready to go when the season starts.
Good Stuff. We still have one visa spot open. Are there any pacific island players worth a shot. They will be better prepared for pro football after the OFC league. The next Krishna / Kaltack ???

Yeah. The defensive 6 (or 7 incl. 'keeper) we have decent depth and cover. Walter Scott was a good pickup - better fits the wingback profile than LKH and with McGarry having a history of injuries is good cover.
The attacking 4 is a bit light. The two 10s look decent, Kazu has done well there and Duke looks like a decent pickup, but up front our attacking stocks I don't think will strike fear into the opposition. Not great depth here as well. After Walker is it McGarry or Roa Conchie next backup for the 10s? Just the three strikers for now, and none have history of being prolific (If you include the Apertura and Clausura as one season, Duran has gotten into double figures once in the 2nd tier of Mexico). I imagine lots of crosses this season, Duran's aerial stats were good last season and so were Piper's.

They will expect some goals and assists I imagine for Bryce. No fewer than Kazuki Nagasawa or Max Anderson. & general buildup forward to the 3 strikers, Nathan Walker/ 1 more attacking player yet to sign.
Still time to sign a winger, (1 foreign player place open) and 1 academy player for attack. I doubt they will have only 1 winger, Nathan Walker for the entire squad.
Looks like a good signing on paper, and have every faith that Greenie has done his homework. Would like either a winger or striker but appreciate that those are probably hard to come by. Hard to say for sure until you seem them playing together but it looks like a well balanced side & Greeny has done well to recruit across the park. Doesn't sound like it was the smoothest of process but cleared the transfer date with a good mix of players. Expect them to pad out with a few scholarships now as running low on the balance there and need to be bringing young ones through so they can get to starting level in a couple of years time.
Still a bit light on Attacking Mids as Kazu will be 35 before the end of the year and already has had some pre-season niggles. Am sure he will be looking after himself as seems to be the consumate professional.

I think there is still a gap in the squad worth using a visa spot for to bring the overall quality up. A striker that could play one of the 10’s would be perfect. I do really like Piper but unless his finishing of easy chances is a lot better I’m not sure if I’d want him as the starting striker the whole season. If we still had a prime Kosta in that position than I’d agree we’d just be signing a visa to fill up the spots.
Having a spot for Jan can be useful though if we get any long term injuries and would use the spot different to how we would now but how many visa January signings been actually successful?
Francisco 'Chico' Geraldes is now in K League 2, after being in Brazil for a season. First he joined Seoul E-Land (4th) in March and then in August he moved to Chungbuk Cheongju (12th). K League 2 season finishes end of November.
