Wanna win the league we’ve gotta show more backbone than we’ve so far. Nice tackle by Surman just before. Unlucky on that call, but as someone pointed out our attack has been the less threatening of the two most of the game. Gotta lift.

this game we've been out attacked for sure, but we o have one of the highest goal scoring records in the league (3rd I think)

We are really missing Lewis. He's gives so much of the attacking impetus in this team.

Yep that would be peak A League: being given a second yellow for time wasting when you are behind in the match. I've seen it happen though.

bottom or top of this league this season is almost meaningless, it's very tight.
14 points separate top to bottom.
10 points between top and 4th (us)
4 points between 6th and bottom.
A couple of wins and it all changes.

In either defence or attack, our midfield has been absent tonight. No options and movement when playing forward meaning that we pass it across the backline a few times and then have Laws play a ball into the forwards. While we retreating they are taking up space where not victory players are. Just bonkers to watch

This has been our worst half of football in quite a long time. Subs seem to have actually unbalanced the team.

We have had one comfortable win all season. I've lost count of the leads we have squandered and when we haven't squandered leads we've barely held on a handful of times. We immediately look awful as soon as we take the lead time and time again, there must be something psychological going on

it's either tactical or a mindset - neither is great, you really want your players to be ruthless when they take a lead, we almost switch off.

I don’t think Urg and Rufer can play together. Their styles don’t compliment each other’s skill sets. I’d like to see Nic and Urg next week (don’t expect to though)
