Good to see England playing the equivalent of the Phoenix' high line in the cricket - Hit out, or get out. 😄

An entertaining afternoon in store over the next few hours.

Yeah I'm noticing this as well there is 8 minutes to kick off but thought there would be more (though I am just watching it on tv so could be different in the cake tin?)

Punters leaving in protest at the stadium charging $5.50 for a jelly tip?

Piney having a long weekend off, wasnt on comms for AFC or doing his radio show this weekend.

We are really getting bossed at home here

I thought we were meant to be the ones doing all the attacking

Love Eze's workrate. Nearly caught the keeper out there.

Oh dear. Payne out.
We play badly, long balls.

That looks bad for Payne there. Ouch.

Time to shine Loke!

Getting the vibes there will definitely be a chat in the change room at halftime. Also wish Tim Payne a speedy recovery!

Roar not pressing when we our defence has settled possession, waiting for the first pass forward to trigger a press and try and force a backwards pass with the press following the pass.

Eish, we are bad at going forward

Eze needs better service, all the passes to him are speculators and there is little to no support.

....It's almost like we don't have a creative midfielder.

Not sure I like Conchie so high up. Couple of silly offsides, mis-controls in good positions, plus generally he's not fast or skillful enough.

That was such a shark goal to concede

This has been honking so far.
Showing signs of last season syndrome - Ball goes wide, high possibility of a ball/cross into the box, ball gets turned back...

Conchie has made good runs in behind but Armiento doesn't know how to pass a ball. Keeps taking an extra touch and not hitting him. They're good runs, he just needs the pass.

Sharke goal to conceed, but Oly isn't a sweeper keeper. It's asking for trouble.

Clown show.
Genuinely laughed at this. Given how bad this half is I definitely needed that.

Not a fan of Josh but that goal was totally on James.

Payne injured. Unable to hold onto the ball. No creativity. Unable to play the wind. No shots. Calamitous goal.
Up there with our worst halves under chief.

Until their goal they had one chance. Off a mistake. The reality is neither side created anything, them or us.

It was one of the most boring halves of football i have seen, but not the worst. We aren't being run ragged. There's just nothing to be excited about.

Gah. First my season ticket wouldn't scan at the gates, then I have to sit through that 45 mins of dross... Looking forward to a better 2nd half 🤞

I feel with this sort of play, it could be a long painful season

By the way, seeing Armiento take that fk instead of Ishige was annoying. Set pieces almost the only thing he is good for and he isn't even allowed to do those. Armiento goal last week aside has been a donkey

CHIEFY OUT.

Same shyte as last year. No forward intent. Just too content to play back to the centre half, and that's garbage football. Dull as dishwasher.

Are we at home in league with no relegation? Yes I know the wind is tough, but we have no ambition.

Armientos delivery has been appalling.

Frustrated.
