Geez I’m getting nervy boys. I wanna win the league. Finals series I’m less heated about. 

Disliked our Perth draw and want us to storm home if we can! If we can wrap it up before the last round I will be ecstatic. 

Have you thought about how you might celebrate if we win?

Over a decade of prioritising my weekends around where 11 men are running around in yellow and black, and I'm not even going to be in the country when/if we finally bloody do it. Will be bittersweet watching on the other side of the world but it won't stop me going absolutely fudgeing mental

I'm coming down from Gizzie for this. Was hoping to secure a blackcaps ticket to make a big sporting weekend of it but mercifully looks like the Blackcaps are deadset on making sure they get rolled in time to not have a clash with the Nix. I have noticed while getting the results needed at home we haven't necessarily dominated as a top of the table at home team should. With the injury list returning to normal levels and a few boys hoping to get noticed for an all whites call up this month. I'm hoping we do something special this weekend. A real statement 3 nil sort of scenario. Something that makes the casuals sit up and take notice.

Looks like the weather is gonna be ok and the cricket has finished before lunch. 

Great opportunity for a good crowd to see some attacking football, goals, and hopefully three points to put us back in top spot and build some momentum for future home games.

Would love a few goals in this one so our goal difference can move ahead of CCM.

I had this horrible dream last night that we lost 1 nil, but the opponent was CCM not Adelaide.  Youstin had the perfect chance to equalise but he skidded and the ball went to the side of the net.

Been in wellington cbd for the first time in a while the last few days and pretty shocked at the lack of anything phoenix related in the city. No billboards/bus backs etc, you'd like to think some people who traveled here for the cricket would be interested but they probably don't have a clue that there's a game on. I know the club is on a tight budget but surely they should be doing something

Such a strong starting XI & bench all of a sudden, after a few weeks of depleted looking squads. Hoping we get a statement win today, a big margin to show what a (closer to) full strength Nix is capable of 

Not an attack which screams goals, but plenty of firepower on the bench to come on against tired legs. 

Surprised Veart hasn't started Irankunda seeing as he did so well last time out against LKH.

Lack of exposure is massive problem. I remember walking into sports stores like Rebel Sport years ago and they'd have the shirts and a scarf or hat maybe. Nowadays nothing. You really gotta wonder sometimes

The Fever could too. I’m sorry I’m not there, but we could make A4 or A3 handbills and ask to put them in shop windows, or give out flags, wear yellow all week etc etc…

It did sound too good to be true that Zawada would be back so quickly. Let's hope it's not too seriously. We need to manage him well for the last 3rd of the season

Not that I'm complaining but how was that on side? Payne should have released that much earlier. Good goal to settle the nerves, Adelaide have been very good. They haven't created anything on their own but have been pressing like mad and caused us to make some costly mistakes.
We really need to be more careful in possession.

My thoughts were offside and I'm not changing my opinion until I've seen it from a different angle.
