The same administration sat on its hands for over 18 months while Chiefy-ball sent the performance into a death spiral. Tonight's game is a perfect summary of the train wreck last two years.
Tuiloma's move proved that he's not as good as people thought he was.
This game could spell the end of Greenie's chances for the full-time gig.
We need to get our fighting identity back and be onwards and upwards to bigger and better things next season!
I feel our identity was the game against Victory that we won away at AAMI. We'll never be the biggest club, never have the biggest stars, but the team work hard and play as a group and really fuel that underdog status that we'll always be. We're not a team that fouls a lot, or keeps a lot of possession, or plays intricate little triangles or whatever - but the identity is one of a team that is more than the sum of its parts, we kind of had that under the first Chiefy season and before that in a run of 4 or 5 finals appearances. Never flashy but you could never write us off. We've shown this again under Greenie so far, but today is not one of those days, we look like we don't care.
