Will be really interesting to see how Rudan brings out his team against us. If he decided to sit back and not press ( which is what I think is the way to beat us) I will be concerned. I’m sure it will be on his mind this week but I think he also might try and find a way to stop us playing out and press strong because of the cocky man he is. Either way a really good test for us.
amazing what being top of the table will do for attendance, not threats, not discounts, nothing to do with parking or food prices - actually having a team that is playing well and winning. Weather looks pretty decent too...... warm with some clouds.

I've been surprised about how many people are actually still in town. It's been relatively busy in the mornings. Maybe peple have decided to have christmas at home and go away for new years?

Contusion is a little more serious than a bruise. "A thigh contusion or muscle bruise is an injury to the soft tissue (muscle fibers, connective tissue and/or blood vessels and nerves) of the upper leg. The most commonly involved muscle is the quadriceps." thanks google. He'll be struggling to run at anywhere near full speed, probably find even light jogging is painfull. Sure it may look like a bruise but he wont be passing any fitness tests this week.
Mild contusions usually heal within six days. Moderate contusions: It's painful and difficult to bend your knee more than 90 degrees. You may have pain, swelling or tenderness that lasts several weeks. It can take up to two months to heal from a moderate thigh contusion.

Might be a few more people hanging around due to a but more job uncertainty atm, I know a few in that situation. Hopefully all those people instead decide to spend up going to the Nix!!!

was a pretty quiet trip, so maybe everyone is in Wellington still.
Bit of a stalemate currently. Not many opportunities from either team.
WSW aren't bothering to press which kind of closes down our plan A. Add two best defences in the league and it's not going to be a six goal thriller unfortunately.
