Taking the family to Palmy ( the 6 year old got himself a Retro Ricki Shirt  this week, I reckon its just so he can take it off but whatever) and the Ticketek guy said that its not all General Admission as there are some stands with seat allocations, I presume on the half way each side. Does this mean YF at one end or two?

Ticketing appears to be a shambles, with people normally in the Fever Zone bing handed tickets that aren't for the fever section in Palmy.

Your ticket needs to say GA-Fever for the zone.  The club assure us that it will be easy to swap them around at the ground (like Aisle 18 information here).

If you still need tickets then make sure you get one with Fever on it though:

Just to be clear if YF members have been given Track tickets, then they can exchange for Fever zone tickets at any time. However, there will also be Ticketek staff stationed outside the Fever area in Palmerston to exchange tickets! There will also be signage directing YF to their zone.

We've moved on from Sack Ricki, Pasty's organisation, and the Lochhead love-in to flags.

My bet is Lochy will be back by Saturday.

Sorry to be naive, But do our season passes themselves gain us entry to the game, or do we have to show them somewhere and get a replacement ticket?

Yes, you need to go to Ticketek and pick up a paper ticket.

NOTE : Not the club shop !!

yeah!  that was on the 25th Nov. Included Phoenix ticket holders who are going to the game.
Report said they are hoping for 10,000, which would be amazing if they dragged in that many. Ticket price has been reduced down to $20 for adults.....sheep are free!!!!!(little in joke for all you Ag students)

f**k me.
It took me long enough to get my ticket. Now we have to worry about changing them around at the stadium? Are they limiting the zone at all?

Went in and got my tickets from ticketek today and they gave me two options: Yellow fever or General admission. I mentioned that on the website there are different prices for stands/covered/uncovered. But again she said just yellow fever or general admission.

And ticket pax number 4476.

f**k f**k and triple f**k

I knew this sh*t would happen when I went in and got my tickets, and was told there was no Fever Zone allocated, and then see people on here talking about 'FEVER' tickets.

I assume there's no chance we can take them back into sh*ttytek in Wellington to get them to fix up this mess before Thursday?

Just had another look at ours.  It is "General Admission - Track".  Sideline seat perhaps?

It also says "member" on the side - honestly, no need to be rude about it!

"Phoenix till they lose"

At least with track tickets you won't have a whopping great chain link fence in your way.

with FIFA stadium rules etc, would they be allowed up? They might have to take them down for the game I guess

I rang today for mine and they she said I have to pick up the ticket from Michael Fowler Centre or St James. Nothing about picking them up in Palmy - I'd get mine here before you go if I was you.

No-one ever told me that my Season Pass wouldn't get me in by itself.

So do I have to ring them up and order one?

And when I do that I can only get it by going in to Ticketek in Wellington?

I'm in Waikanae - Ticketek want me to drive 2 hours to pick up a ticket?

They might post it. Or offer ground pickup. It is sh*ttyTek so who knows tho.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

It was actually in the letter you would have received when you got your season pass. So from day one if you'd actually read the information sent you would have been aware of this fact. No excuses for leaving it to the last minute, this has been fairly well explained by the club and therefore ticketek - so no real point in blaming anyone but yourself.

Well, ok, fair enough, but still a ridiculous way of doing it.

Why not just let anyone with a season pass in? Isn't that kinda the point of getting one?

My main concern, by the way, is that I'm normally on top of these sorts of things, and quite organised.

If this has messed me up, ticketing is going to be a nightmare on Saturday.

Is it all seats on Saturday? I was under the impression that 'GA' was standing but I just read the message on Facebook and it talks about seats in the Fever Zone?

I rang the wellington number that the man in lower hutt ticketek  gave me  and the women in the office said she would send them through  to the printer at Ticketek lower hutt and I picked mine up from there. I just needed to find out what the serial number was of mr lower hutts machine.. it was easy

I just went to ticketek in Palmy with my GA ticket and they told me I didn't need a "fever" zone ticket to get into the Yellow Fever area. The only ticket areas being monitored will be the main seated grandstand.

So, I rang Ticketek and they didn't know was going on and said I should ring the phoenix season ticket line and gave me the number.

When i rang the number, it became clear from the automated message that this was the number for renewing season tickets. Stayed on the line anyway, but apparently "Due to the large number of people renewing tickets" they weren't able to answer my call.

Am going to try ringing Ticketek again.
