Its such an awful logic too.

By the same logic the creditors personally funded his breakfast lunch and dinners since the first time he ever got a loan.

Allegedly

... and if you buy a Nix ticket on your credit card, you are SPENDING THE MONEY of hard-working savers at your bank and you should be ashamed of yourself.

people will always have some angst for Terry, thanks to the doom post and NBR reporting. At then end of the day we all know that he was a tough dealer when it came to business, he didn't pay on time and relied on contractors going bust before he paid them. However, he put his life and business' on the line for the nix and NZ football and for that he deserves our (YF) backing and respect.

I am so, so ashamed.  I apologise and promise to pay it back at the end of the month.

Ant truth to the rumour that the Yellow Fever will be signing a rendition of Mr Mister's "Broken Wings" whilst the tifo is being unfurled?

Take these broken wings
And learn to fly again, learn to live so free
When we hear the voices sing
The book of love will open up and let us in
Take these broken wings

Broken wings? It's mostly central midfielders and strikers isn't it?

Even though this is all about Terry, is there a plan to also thank the new owners?

It's not the BAFTAs, we can't thank EVERYONE! :)

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

We can thank them when the club's ready to operate under the full 'socio' model.

Apparently it involves a woman being kept in her place in the middle of the zone.

I'm sort of looking forward to this and I've paid money to see it.

Can someone get some photos of 'the event' and post on the forum. Im not able to make it to the game, and if it's not picked up on the TV, then it'll really suck.

Just like to send out a big Good Work Fellas to everyone involved.

Thanks to Red Badge and the Stadium who after MUCH discussion finally accepted we weren't going to use it as a weapon, and thanks to the club for helping facilitate this.

Thanks to everyone in the zone for despatch and restoration of the banner.  Hopefully we've convinced people it's doable and we can roll her out again with a suitable message for Marco, whoops, I mean Melbourne.

Our grovelling for extra funds (let's not aportion blame) was a resounding success with $750 raised to help cover costs of the banner (Fever funds covered a bit more than that) which might allow us to update it and roll it out again as well as helping us with a few other projects we have underway.

Also, a quick note here to congratulate Olympic on picking up the Fever CLub Championships trophy.  Good to see, Mikey, Jimmy, George and the boys down to pick it up.

In all seriousness a massive +1 to the above comments. Without the great people involved in the Yellow Fever providing all the (hard) work behind the scenes we would probably resemble Cold Ghost off the pitch so well done to all!!!

There were several Red Badge staff watching us closely as we unravelled the banner and sent it up the zone, and I swear I heard one of them say into their walkie talkie 'Can somebody escort the one with the backpack out.'

Great work Fever, Terry and the rest of the crowd seemed to really enjoy it.

Actually, more credit where it's due. The scruffy little pack horse did quality work lugging the banner to and from the stadium from the bencher with barely a whine.

Chances of having the banner stuck over some of the empty seats in the RoF for home games?

High.

I like running it over the zone though as it makes the message seem more personal, makes it seem like it's from us.

It was very, very good. Well done.

Would love to see it every home game, although obviously a lot of work is involved.

It sounds like it can be updated? Cool.
