It's only the Nix they seem to screw up - I figure it must be something to do with the plastic season ticket process? (Though wasn't there was a hiccup for some with AC/DC?)

That was more people being charged more than once for the same buncha tickets. Still highly embarrassing, however different type of mistake.
In saying that, I would just like to register my disappointment in how they gave us less than 24hrs notice for ticket sales. Coming up from CHCH and as short amount of time mates spread all over the show. Too sensitive?

Yeah they always do that with the pre-sale emails whatever the event. Ticketmaster do a similar thing. It has bugged me this year, as between them they have managed to start all but one sale to coincide with me being in the air between Wellington and Auckland. It must be part of the pre-sale "secrecy" approach!

Just received all mine. Kudos to Ticketek i must say. 9 Tickets in the Zone. Had to buy one sepreately. but we wont mind squeezing 9 people into 8 spots. Row L, not to bad.

I called them up and spoke to the call centre, to try and get tickets close to where I am for the Phoenix, but that row didn't have enough seats, so a few rows closer to the front.
So group of 8 in Aisle 22, row DD :)
For some reason the online ticketing site would only offer me up tickets from Row D up towards the back (Row N).

You need to make sure you quote "White Noise" or "Yellow Fever" zone if you call them on the phone.
And yeah, website a bit dodgy.

yeah def quoted white noise about 5 times, just called group booking, wouldnt sell them, But after all that the woman who said that they werent avaliable called me back, and got my group booked, can relax now. bring it on

Typical Ticketek - they hadn't opened the Zone for sale - I went into the Michael Fowler office and they had to phone to get it sorted - they had to take the system down to release the Zone for sale, then bring it up again.
We agreed that their management might have thought about doing that just beofre going home last night, or even first thing this morning (like before they opened the phone lines at 8.30am) !!!
Anyway - sorted. Got my 34. Excitement !!!

Well I was on the phone to their group booking line at 9am on the dot and it seemed to be no issue. Although in saying that, my tickets are only "on hold", which I'm assured means they can't be given away in the pre-sale

I've just found that out the hard way too, can't get them online. Not even gonna try phoning them at the moment. B******s!

Just sussed it out over the phone, got my three - me, Critical Lemon, and a mutual friend of ours. Only minor inconvenience and the person on the phone was very helpful...but I still want Ticketmaster next year.

checked the link round 9:10 and tickets were onsale with "buy now, but haven't bought as numbers haven't been sorted yet - just went back and no "buy now". Something funny going on.

I booked mine at about 9.01, and it worked perfectly fine.
Lets hope its just a momentary glitch and everyone gets the tickets. Selling insanely fast. Thats a good sign.

Guys, I have to stick up for Ticketek here. If you bothered to read the info they put out for pre-sale tickets you would understand why you may not be able to get the seats you wish to have at this time.
Important Information
A pre-sale is an opportunity to secure tickets prior to the General Public, not a preferential seating service. A selection of seating throughout the venue is made available for pre-sales.
