Ticketek have website bork.  They will come back to us when the people who do the web work for them fix it.

Until then give them a call or go to a counter.

Does the $5 admin charge per ticket apply to each ticket or just one for the booking?

I've got mine unless Hard News had forked it up.  Probably 50/50 to be honest.

Got my tickets shortly after 9am yesterday. Went down to the Ticketek booth at the station. They couldn't access the tickets as Ticketek hadn't released the pre-sale to any medium other than on-line. I'd expected this to happen as it is the norm for pre-sales.

I had my phone with me, so pulled up the posting where News had relayed Ticketek's agreement to sell in person and by phone for the pre-sale. Because of that they phoned through to HO, who also said on-line sales only. The guys at the booth read them News' posting and HO said they would change the system and to wait 5-10 minutes for it up to update.

Five minutes later, I left very happy with tickets in hand.

I think News should be applauded for getting Ticketek to okay pre-sales to happen in person and by phone... particularly as the website seemed to be throwing a wobbly when I checked it.

I think News should start his own ticketing company!

I'm slightly disappointed!

I hate to say it News but I told you so!
It was good you were able to sort it quickly though. The "wobbly" referred to above was probably
Ticketek crisis management team at work. They realised they'd made promises to News to sort out the full system for us but had forgotten to send the message out to their outlets that it was so.

I have to agree, appreciate all the work put in to give us the preferential booking option so we can all front in the Zone on the day.Cheers

Has the Fever/Noise Zone sold out?

Out of curiousity I logged in to see what was offered in the zone and it says "no tickets in that category". The other sections still have tickets. Given that it's a pre-sale, it's possible that only a selection of tickets are available in the zone - but that wasn't the impression I got when I bought in person.... I think we may have sold out aisle 21 already!
