What Shogan means is, "Being on the receiving end of a vicious headbutt to the foot."

Terrible decision.

Watson I think.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Yeah, Watson got it. After Roddy Brown got the opener. Enjoyed the game, sexy weather.

I thought TW were pretty average......why no Miramar or Olympic players? The team seemed better when it was full of local players.

good effort from the 10 men. Watson nearly scored the winner against us when he smashed the ball at his own goal.

Finally I feel able to type something about Sunday. That was the single worst effort I have seen from a TW side. It was the worst football experience I have had in ages. Not helped in the least by the FUNEREAL atmosphere....

It will be better next time.  It can't be any worse. Stuart, promise us that much!!!!

p.s. For those who were close enough to hear...yes, I may have been a bit premature in my Trent Watson criticism...
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

What's happened to Golden Boot winner and TW supporters player of the last season Luis Corrales? Why doesnt he play this season?

He initially signed for Auckland City but for some unknown reason that deal was scuppered at the last minute and he came back.

Currently injured I think.Smithy2009-12-29 08:35:22

Draper makes it 5 goals in two games as TeeDubz finish their game against YHM 2-0 winners.
You know we belong together...

Another win over 10 men. YHM had a man sent in the 35th.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Any of you boys heading up to Auckers for the game this weekend? Have a spare room in Remmers if anyone needs it.

Original pans were to be in Auckland with the whanau this weekend so as to make it, but a change of circumstance means I'm heading south instead.

Folks,

Some will have seen the news today about a man being attacked while trying to break up a dog fight in Rongotai this afternoon.  Turns out it was Stu Jacobs.

Stu is out of hospital and I believe even went to training with YF Exodus TeeDubs this evening.

We'll keep people posted with how he's doing.

News.

When's the game? Saturday or Sunday?

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

(You can't even drop you mouse these days without being logged out of the forum).  Anyway I must say I am disappointed reading the above statement. I am shocked at the anti-Aucklajnd bias posted on this forum, but I don't care personally. I'd prefer reading about fans positive promotion of their own team, which is likely to be Team Wellington of course.  I would have expected with the Phoenix in the vicinity that things would be better for the local side, either by influence or co-operation. With EssJay recuperating, will Riki take on yet another role?  At the games I have attended in the Capital the crowd has been disappointing.  If half the Nix support went, or a bunch each from the 20 affiliates turn up, then wouldn't Newtown Park be overwhelmed every fortnight.  I take it back, how dare you criticise another club, case in point ACFC seems to be picked on most here, and you can't even bother to support your own team.
