With all these local players, DF Park will be busting at the seams.

You're forgetting Fergus Neil from Napier. One of the best and most underrated fullbacks in the country in my opinion. Good honest player too

Feneridis, Peverly, Villa, Gulley. Are they going to play 4 central midfielders with no width? and lump it to Jackson to flick on for Bevin?

You claimed that Steven Gulley would not be up to Central League  for the  season just completed and you were made to look foolish as he had a very good year.

I heard that and am happy to say I was wrong but he was average in CP whenever I saw him. If he gets off the bench for TW good on him. Just saying those two signings are squad fillers by TW standards of late.

Don't underestimate Steve Gulley. When he gives it a go he's a fudgeing good player.

Possibly when you saw him in Cap Prem he was going through the motions. But on his day he's bloody good. I hope he's fired up for a summer of ASB Prem and smokes it, because he's capable of it.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Must have a biggggg sugar daddy to fly the Auckland players down to train 3 x a week.

Oh that's right the live in Wgtn so they can train 3 + times a week.

There is a great number of players who haven't been seen in Wellington since the last TW campaign, think they play for clubs in other parts of NZ over winter suggesting that there is probably a great deal from other regions.

Don't know if it would matter who was in charge? It's easy to talk about him cause he is the man in charge for the foreseeable future. Does it mean that Wellington club football is really that much weaker than Auckland club football that these players coming in from out of town are that much better?

Auckland City 3 (Hudson Wihongi, Lea'alafa x2) Team Wellington 0 three cracking goals to Auckland City probably a fair reflection of proceedings.
