Bloody stoked about this recent form. Good to see everything running smoothly now, just need to make sure don't get head deep in debt again if the club has any sense.

It will be priceless when you're in League 1

Not gonna happen.

You're right, it won't happen as the club is closing completely.

What does happen to the league if you fold midway through a season? Cause it sort of fucks up the whole system!

Not sure, would be a first if it happened, be pretty sh*t if it does. Am glad my old man isn't be around to see it to be honest.

Whats more worrying is people who support a club going down.

If it does, we won't be the only club to go into liquidation, there will be others in the near future.

You deserve it. You need to be made an example of.

Deserve what the legacy of Harry Redknapp and his gross over spending on players, that's about when it started to go pear shaped didn't it ?

Really the club should of set limits in what they could of afford. But something went wrong and now this. Red Knapp wasn't the only cause, incompetent people within the club not knowing how to budget were another.

Happens, and will happen again. If we do go into liquidation so be it. But I still got faith that it won't happen.

The Internet is serious business. Perhaps we can talk about it over a drink sometime? I know a great place down in the bay where we can take a nice walk in the sunset afterwards. Azevo2010-10-23 14:05:12

Sweet result against Hull this morning, and now that we're finally out of administration, we should be fine from now on.

Coming out of Administration and a good win...

All we need now is the Bandwagoner Arse supporters to pop back up.. because they really do care..

For all the sh*t they give, when was the last time they won any major trophy

I just don't trust the club to do things right again to be honest. Especially when Chainrai has had to save us twice, ahh, I just don't know. Not happy with how the club is run sometimes.

However, I am happy with how the players have been lately, and now we have Nottingham forest at Fratton, should be good. Hoping for another win.

what bandwagon would we be on if we havent won anything in 5 years?

Pompey's story is a lesson im afraid too few clubs will learn until it happens to them.

What I love is that there are two sets of supporters on the Pompey thread, About 4 Pompey and the rest are Arsenal fans.

Generalisation of the Arsenal fan, between 18-24. Never been to a game but have at least three shirts, dont care if Arsene has only three English players in his squad. Miss Henry and idolise Bergkamp.

cor blimey this is all getting a bit side tracked. calm down ladies. Arsenal are quality to watch but they dont spend enough to compete for top honours at the moment but fair play to em, theres alot to be said for your club not spending above its means.

But anyways back to the topic at hand, come on the boys! Out of admin and soon into the play offs. Notts Forrest at home next so chance to get another win. Its great to be a pompey fan, never boring!

Really hoping they won't break our undefeated streak at the moment. Especially with the uncertain future of the club out of the boys mind, hopefully they'll be able to whack them into the back of the net.

was a great win. forest played some good stuff and deserved a draw but im not complaining. we are finaly getting some of the luck that was sorely lacking at the start of the season.

but gutterd about the loss, but it wasn't to bad, the rams are definitely in form at the moment, but so were we. The Iceman sounded like he was sorely missed at the back though. Saw he was a sub, thought he still had a bit of an injury?

ashdown is improving, losing weight and making saves. he hasnt played for years so he's playing catch up. its a bit of a difference seeing we've had james but he's getting there.

no away games yet this season due to lack of funds plus all london games seem to have been mid week. hoping to get to some in the new year tho
