Palace getting battered by a heavily rotated city is a killer. Thought they'd make that tough. Hope they roll over just as easily on the final day.

Yeah the equation is the same as it always has been. Win your own games.

Bournemouth is the game lads.

I think they're dropping points there.

Three for me, and two for them.

Hopefully after losing to Chelsea on penalties in the FA Cup final...

These last few games are unbearable. Definitely feeling increased dread of it all being taken away from us at the end after seeing what happened to Hearts. Doubt VAR has had its last say either.

I hear you man. On the one hand I’ve never been more terrified of Burnley but on the other hand, if we can’t beat Burnley when it matters then we don’t deserve to be champions.

This has been the longest day ever, I used to bemoan the wake ups but honestly watching the clock at work is not much better!

Arteta is going for it, Odegaard & Eze starting together! Mosquera at right back, rest of side as per usual. COYG!

Does Arteta have goal difference in mind or just looking for a win?

gotta be just to win, City cant catch us if we win both games.

Trossard is a moron. Shoving a player like that ten minutes in in our most important game in forever. Madness.

Decent enough first half. Didn't give up much and was fairly proactive in the final third. Can't settle though, need to push on in the second.

Come on Bournemouth. A draw will do. If not, then I'm hoping Palace put out their U18's against us three days before their Conference League Final

Relief the overall feeling as usual. Maybe slightly less stressful than last week as we got the lead earlier but those last few minutes plus added time were excruciating. Didn’t realise Ward-Prowse played for them either so my immediate thought we he appeared as a sub was “oh FFS, they’re getting a free kick just outside the box aren’t they?”

Hope for the best tomorrow but expect it to be going into the 80th minute next week with everything still in the balance.

By the way we now have more points (82) than Man United's treble winning team got (79) despite being on track to be the "worst ever winner."

just perfect that the goal came by way of a corner!
I love that the way we play annoys everyone else.
They're only annoyed at the set piece goals as they can't defend them or replicate them.

Fernandes has been given player of the year for a bunch of set piece assists in the season we've been told set pieces shouldn't count. And Spurs have scored a greater proportion of their goals from set pieces than us.
They don't hate you as much when you're shit. They hate you when you're where they want to be.

Hopefully I'm at the pub this time tomorrow enjoying our first title in 22 years.

I'd also absolutely love to be able to watch Monday morning without a care in the world.

I just want us to get over the line now. If it happens off the pitch tomorrow so be it. We deserve to win it on the pitch but beggars can't be choosers.

Can barely believe how close we are tbh. Been such a slog at times this season. Almost there now lads.

COYG.

Three for me, and two for them.

After stewing on this mornings victory for the day, I filled with absolute dread about Monday mornings game. Like I love that we have the ability to claim our first title in forever, but there is also the fact that a loss or draw will mean we won't. Just fucking nerve wracking

Agreed but if you’d told me at the start of the season that all we need to do is beat crystal palace and we win the title, I’d have been stoked. We have a good problem for once.

Here the lads stand on the precipice of greatness. It seems fitting that our south coast nemesis seems to be the team that could put it into our hands. I’ll be at the pub tonight hoping for some magic. I would love Eze to conclude his story of the season by returning to Selhurst Park to a guard of honour. It’s been such a weird season, but given the heartache of recent seasons it seems fitting we win it this way.

Fucking amazing. Congrats all! 22 years.
Still remember 2004 watching the Spurs game. My last year at school. Thought it was our time to be the team to win every year, never thought it would take so long to do it again. I remember how the Spurs fans celebrated their draw not realising we won the league on their ground. My Spurs fan Dad raced home from work early to get in my face "WELL? WELL? Was it a penalty? Was it a penalty?" "Yeah but you know we won the league right?" It was the most gleeful I ever saw him after a result.

The bugger of this time difference is having to run out the door to get to work after celebrating but there's a few desks I'll take a detour past. Bet the City fan isn't there today.

Edit: City fan nowhere to be seen .
Did share the lift with the Southampton fan though who offered a congrats but was fuming with their situation.
