Owner level would do for a start.  Hurry up and sell us, Blue Bil, if you've got no cash for new players.

Yup, having been through the disaster that was H+G, I wouldn't wish bad owners on anyone- not even you  defo gotta make sure you get the right people to sell it to though.

Getting rid of the current owner/s would start the ball rolling on all fronts except maybe the stadium issue

The owner of Derby in the movie 'The Damned United' reminded me of Kenwright. Fan all his life of the club but unwilling to spend extra money.
In the movie Brian Clough goes behind his back and makes expensive signings causing them to eventually win the league but creating debt. I don't see Moyes doing the same
