After seeing about 8 go out the door, we finally signed 2:  Sam Clucas from the mighty Chesterfield and Ryan Taylor ex Newcastle treatment table

Now Brady off to Norwich - not surprising

Worse is that Chester is away - recouping some money but be interesting to see how much Bruce gets to spend

edit - in last few minutes stories about Elmo leaving are getting more detailed

that'd be a shame (not as bas as losing Chester though)

be good to see that little bugger Hernandez gone. Expect N'doye and Jela won't be around much longer

Isaac Hayden signed for you lot on loan. Have liked the look of him from what I've seen - good in that DM role.

Akpom signed - work coffee guy, and Chelsea fan, reckons he could win championship golden boot (I might be being wound up)

some sites are saying Moses Odubajo will sign

rumoured to be after Shaun Maloney (always rated him, shame he is 32)

I'm back so tigers doesn't have to talk to himself anymore.

Great win v Fulham. Premier League next season? Too soon maybe?

Its no longer a problem.

How very kind Toffeeman - I was getting used to it

- though I did wonder why those men in white coats were walking down our path.

2nd place!! shame about the remaining 43 games!

Certainly a good start Akpom looks good, as does Adubajo

Need to hang on to Elmo, I think he will stay and Dawson seems committed. Huddlestone and Jela might depart - and that's probably ok

2nd at the international break - I'll take that!

recovered from Charlton blip, but two tough away games coming up after the break

and we have taken Jelavic off your hands. Hoping his relationship with Bilic will bring the best out of him, but realistically he is there to be our 4th choice striker when all of our strikers are injury-free and out of prison (meaning he will be first or second choice for most of the season).

Thanks for that he was in a sulk and needed to go.

Your mate Mighty Mo Diame is gracing the pitch again - 2 lots of 60 minutes (roughly)

It would be nice if he shocks you (& now probably me too) by turning out more than say ten times before the January window.

if he does, it will be the ten games before the window opens - just in time to get him that move.

9 games in, 4th place, yet to really click ... apart from away v Cardiff

that'll do for now but we need to settle on just one two preferred formations with preferred line-ups for each

Snodgrass inching closer to his 1st full game in over a year and new signing Diomande still a few weeks away from kitting up on match day

hhhhmmmm

13 games gone, in second spot

Hernandez in good goal scoring form

seem to have settled on 4-4-2 (at least at home) and 2 winds in a row and same starting 11 for both (apart from Curtis Davies out w/ injury)

currently no room in the 11 for Huddlestone, Diame, or Maloney

We are top of the league!

So Man city away in the Q/F of the 'Leauge Cup'

this might be where I say goodbye to my mad and reckless $5 investment in Hull City to win the trophy at 100 : 1 ... or ... it might not be ....

out of the league cup

We've stumbled a bit in the league since Meyler and Dawson have picked up injuries

1 point from last 9

need to pick things up again

Got those Seagulls at our place in 3rd round of cup

we are fairly inconsistent at the moment and really missing dawson's leadership and organisation

also seem to be overly relaint on Hernandez for the goals

oh well, still within striking distance of top 2

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink eyes former Tottenham star to bolster QPR squad

JIMMY FLOYD HASSELBAINK wants to begin his QPR revolution by snapping up Tom Huddlestone from Hull for £4.25m.

New Rangers boss Hasselbaink is targeting a creative midfielder as a priority signing when the January transfer window opens up.

And Huddlestone, 28, has shot to the top of his wish list after losing his place in the Tigers starting line-up.

The former Derby and Tottenham star has been capped four times by England.

He was expected to be a key figure in relegated City’s bid to return to the Premier League at the first time of asking. But he has been handed only 12 starts this season and has spent much of the time warming the bench for boss Steve Bruce’s promotion chasers.

Huddlestone arrived as a £5.25m recruit from Spurs in August 2013.

But Hull are ready to cash-in now rather than lose him for nothing when his contract runs out in June.

But Rangers face competition from Premier League strugglers Aston Villa, who have been tracking him since the start of the season.

Personally, I cant see this happening. We're after freebies and cheap deals these days which isn't too bad a thing. And note, it is from a report in the Daily Star.

Hey LG, how's things?

I expect we could lose Elmohamedy - not sure about the others including Huddlestone.

Steve Bruce says he wants to hang on to everyone.

surprised no-one seems to be chasing Abel Hernandez (who, this season, seems to have become a footballer)

we were lucky to get all 3 points of you, good luck with the rest of the season

Diame had one of his better games ... v QPR

and, oh goodness me, the transfer window has just opened

(I'd be happy to keep him tho' .... every now and again he is a bit good)

We are shark and we know it. playing 4-6-0 at home or 6-4-0 away does not help. Austin gone sadly, Freeloaders like Green, Phillips, Fer and Hoilett still there. Henry is crap, in fact, all the signings Ramsey made are crap. JFH seems to be a continuation.

Hull City have been promoted to the Premier League after defeating Sheffield Wednesday 1–0 in the Championship Playoff Final!

A wonderstrike from Mohammed Diamé in the 72nd minute was the only goal the Tigers needed to secure promotion for the 2016–17 Premier League season.

Lol, great post in retrospect. I think 'every now and then he is a bit good' is a bit of an understatement when he goes and scores a screamer in a final worth $350 million!
