Good return for Blackburn, three goals from four shots on goal.

Stevie G scores the penalty, then we get another goal and Roy's job is possibly safe......Stevie G misses the pen (on purpose) and we get a new manager?

Not sure if Stevie would stoop to that level but I see where your coming from. Even if we came back and got 3 goals I still can't see NESV keeping Roy, it's just not working.

Yeah most probably....Especially if the rumours are true that Stevie and Carra were all for the appointment of Hodgson. Still I wouldn't be too shocked if it were ever proven.

What is the highest finish for us this season? Can we still make top 6? I'm pretty sure it's a no

How about you just aim to stay up.

Three for me, and two for them.

Roy walks out of the press conference:

Hodgson answered just three questions in his post-match press conference, which uncharacteristically for him lasted just over two minutes, and as soon as the subject of his position was broached proceedings were brought to an abrupt halt.

"I am not prepared to talk about that because obviously I am depressed enough with the performance and the result," said the 63-year-old.

I am praying that I wake up to a new Manager in the morning......here is a rumour that I have snooped. Our January signing will be Suarez from Ajax. Tyler2011-01-06 15:40:34

You're so ITK right now

Wouldn't mind Suarez. Heard Honda was keen but maybe not so much after tonight but possibly tomorrow if/when Roy is gone.

Back home. Yay, loss to Wolves at home and just seen that game. Unbelievable. Sickening. Uhhh. Away fans were boss. That was about it. How does he still have a job? We're a fking joke of a club. I want to be angry/ depressed, but I'm not even surprised. I hope we have got rid of Roy when I wake up tomorrow.

I actually hate him.

Yip, wish I could. Saw the first half an hour of the Wolves game, was dire, but didn't think we'd lose. Saw the Bolton game, was okay, nice to get a win. Saw the Blackburn highlights when I got back this arvo. Almost cried. Terrible goals to concede. He just has no idea.

That link doesn't work for me?

Btw, where is Jazcobar? I wonder what he makes of all this...

Here yo go: Ralf Rangnick - Micro LFC

Damn F'n mods have that word filter on. Need to shorten all URL's again.

Aha, ohhh yeah, ofcourse. GOSH!

Yip, sounds very interesting and good.. But, tbh, I think we need a good English manager, who has good man-management skills.

Exactly. The last thing we need right now is a progressive manager forcing us to play attacking one touch football. Imagine if we started winning? We'd have to a) back the manager and b) start talking about football again. That's not something we've done for several years now.

Yeah man, that'd be crazy times. think we'd lose a whole lot of fans if that madness happened!

Kenny Dal until the end of the season ?

On another note, interesting reactions from two managers. Roy walks out of his press conference after the match refusing to comment on his position at the club:
Hodgson said: "I am not prepared to talk about [my future] because obviously I am depressed enough with the performance and the result. I have no comments to make and I have no intention to answer any questions on the subject

Ancelotti faces the music:
Asked after the Wolves result if he was confident he was the right man for the job, Ancelotti said: "Yes, I know this team very well and I'm sure that this moment will change and we will be able to fight for everything this season. I would be surprised if I am sacked. I don't fear (for my job). I'm worried because the team doesn't reach the result. I think it's obvious we are not good enough in this moment.

"It's not my decision. I hope I can continue this job, because I would like to stay here and I have a good relationship with the players and with the club."

It's a good idea from a fan perspective but I'm not sure it'll happen. NESV will want to appoint a long term manager or if a caretaker is needed maybe someone like Borrell who coaches the reserves?

He'll be part of NESV's senior management and strategic planning/ambassador role rather than a managerial one.
