And Hernandez is an exceptionally clinical poacher. His shots-to-goal conversion in the two leagues - Champions and Premier - stands at 65% for the season, and his strike rate of a goal for every 71 minutes of European football played is even superior to his record-breaking return in the Premier League. With the minimum requirement for inclusion set at ten goals, Hernandez's current average of a goal for every 96 minutes is the most regular in Premier League history.

vs Chelsea in Champions League - playing at home second which I believe is of quite importance of us.

Great result after the red card. thought it was going to be one of those days where it just didn't go in.

think the red card was fair even though they were both going for the ball Evans did have his studs up.

Looking alot better with Valencia back aswell.

The only plus about todays game was that we got 3 points.
As poor a performance as any this year. Bolton were pretty average, but with ten min to go I would have settled for a point, as I kept flicking over to see the other games. We were fortunate to get all the points.Giggs and Carrick were the worst players on the park, but to be fair there were only 2/3 players that played to their capabilities.

Arsenal manager was quoted after the draw today 'We are on the brink of becoming English Champions, we will win our game in hand and beat Utd, which will be enough to make us Champions'
I thought AF was the only one full of sh*t.

Holden out for six months after Evans' tackle left him requiring 26 stitches. How many stitches did Nani require?

It's a shame Holden's out, he's a good player.

Evans is certainly not a dirty player, but this tackle wasn't great. The red was well deserved.

Didn't see it but did Holden cry?

It is a shame, because Holden is a really tidy player whenever I've seen him play.

tis a shame cos hes been real good for them this year but he will bounce back for sure

Evans tackle on Holden was not quite as bad as Carraghers. It was 50/50 and both players went in hard with studs showing. Holden is only a few cm from catching Evans. It would have been interesting if he had made contact and injured Evans equally as Evans did get to the ball first, both get sent off?

And Nani I think had 5 stitches, but couldn't get stitched straight away as the wound was too wide to stitch - according to SAF so I'll take that with a grain of salt

What a dick you are. The number of stitches count for zip. Both were shocking tackles and deserved red cards.

Just another excellent avenue to foster players. A bit different to the Royal Antwerp one for mine as Twente are a top Dutch side.

Even if one or two quality Brazillian players come through as a result of this it will be worth it.

FFS. Be honest with yourself, Carras tackle was terrible. Rafaels 10 seconds later, and Evans' has nothing on it.

The End.

Not taking account of the UCL final of '09 Man Utd have done well against Spanish teams and produce some amazing games.
We did ok against Valencia this year. Also beating Cruyff's dream team in the CWC in '91 and beating Barca with Maradona 3-0 in '84. Plus some epic encounters with Real Madrid early last decade and who can forget the Barcelona games in the group stage of 98/99 UCL, especially the game at the Nou Camp with Cole scoring that awesome goal after a 1-2,1-2 with Yorke.

Your right but I'm not really interested in the others. As long as we keep getting the right results, that will do me.

Missed the first 40mins last night and as WH have had a good record against us in the last 10 years I was not surprised that we were 2-0 down.
I don't know how well WH played in the 1st half, but Utd were far too good for them in the second half.Statistics don't always tell the story, but 16 corners to nil probably sums up the result. Stayed up to watch the Liverpool game for 20mins but decieded that was enough. Was going to get up for the Arse game but thought they would win by a mile.I sure did laugh when I heard the result this morning.
